This is the story of Camilla and Daniel. Because she cannot yet get the job she wants, she works temporarily in a restaurant and Daniel makes things difficult for her and comments on everything. He always complains about the food and is annoying. Once she applies for a job at Daniel's company on the recommendation of his sister and also her best friend. Once she works for him, they slowly grow closer and just when you think they are going for it, there is her stalking ex. Can they have a chance to get a HEA or will her ex continue to throw a spanner in the works? Great storyline that will keep you glued to your book.

When a book hooks you right away with all sorts of emotions you know it’s going to be one heck of a read. Camilla and Daniel meet under unique circumstances. Camilla and Claire are best friends. One night Camilla goes to Claire’s house and that is when she meets Daniel who is Claire’s older brother. That is when the book takes off and you are going to have lots of twists and turns, suspense and HOT romance scenes. Liya gives you every emotion with the characters and the storyline and you feel like you are experiencing it with them. I had moments of happiness and moments of sadness. Let me just say this book has lots of suspense that makes your heart feel like it’s racing to the finish line.
The title is misleading because the MMC is not a bad boy in the slightest. I’m not sure if it was just that the story was rushed or what but the timeline didn’t make sense at times. When she would start to build a scene it would abruptly end. I think the story had more potential than it delivered. The concept of the plot line is what kept me reading and it’s a short read.
