This Photosynthesis Walkthrough Guide is intended for undergraduate students of biology, microbiology, and botony. This guide may help with general principles of biochemistry, but is not intended to be an in depth guide to molecular structures. This is a general look at how plants use carbon dioxide and water, with a little bit of sunlight to make carbohydrates for the world to consume. This guide discusses photosynthesis in plants, algae and photosynthetic bacteria. An “A” student would locate the worksheet in Chapter 1 and attempt to use your lecture notes and textbook to answer the questions. If you get stumped, the answers are listed in the remaining chapters. You could also use this a study guide for photosynthesis…you get to choose. Hey, pass the electron…please.
