Look. I’m giving this one 2 stars but it could have been 1. The H is an idiot. The writing between the men is girly and for a so called Navy Seal he comes across as stupid and not someone I would want guarding me.. I thought they were best of the best.
I could go on and on about the dumb stuff that happens in the book but it would pretty much give it away. I’m mean who leaves their charge, when it’s their sole job to protect them, when their gut tells them someone has been hanging around. Stupid. And don’t get me started on that whole warehouse scene.
The FMC is bitchy and not very likeable. I’m pretty sure I referred to as one quite a lot. I never believed they could get together. There was really nothing there to see between them to make me believe it. I almost gave the book up at 20% as the dialogue seemed stilted and juvenile.
I made myself push through it. Skimming is your friend with this one.

Petra thought she had the perfect marriage until she discovered that she had married a monster. In hiding to escape her mob husband the fear she feels makes her behave badly to the navy SEAL working to keep her safe.
Harry is having a hard time pulling himself out of his depression following the betrayal of his ex wife. Focusing on his current job is supposed to help but his protectee is a bit of a brat.
Petra is at turns strong and stupid but being in the stressful position she is effects everyone differently. Whilst Harry is calm, understanding and stoic towards her until his feelings are involved.
A fast paced romantic thriller if a little rushed at times which made me feel as if parts story were skipped. A light, quick read.

I loved Guarded by the SEAL The SEAL's Protection. Petra just found out her whole marriage is a sham and her husband is about to sell her. Her father gets protection for her and Harry is her bodyguard. They clash are first with all of the stress but they slowly become friends and more. Unfortunately, it seems someone has found her and taken her while Harry is away. He will do anything to save her, even make the biggest mistake of his life. Can she ever forgive him? I loved the storyline and the characters. They had so much to overtime. I would definitely recommend this book.

Petra and Harry’s story has them meeting when she needs security due to her ex. Harry is an ex seal turned bodyguard. These two have a no strings attached relationship till things go wrong or right depending on how you se the little gift they are given but they need to get out of the danger first to appreciate what they have together. A good well written story by this author.

If you were to look up the word PERFECTION, I think you would not only see this author's name behind it but this book as well. Henry and Petra's romance story exceeded my expectations and blew me right out of the water with the passion and romance. The ending is AMAZING and will definetly give the word WOW a whole new meaning. Man, the military hunk on the cover is S-E-X-Y!!!.

The author has given us a heart pounding older man/younger woman story that pulls us into the lives of Henry and Petra. The story keeps us turning the pages with danger, connection, personal demons and steam.

Loved the premise of the storyline. There are lots of feelings in this book. Lots of drama, too. It is a good book for a second chance at love for both Petra and Harry. Lots of steaminess with Harry and Petra. Can't wait for the next book with Benji.

Action adventure love romance happy ending. You will laugh cry scream and cheer!!! I got so caught up in the book I screamed like it was happening to me. Truly an incredible book!.

Very Entertaining
There were a lot of twists and turns in this book and they really kept you wondering what would happen next. It was really a fun book to read. I highly recommend it.
