Interesting account of the life of a policeman in Glasgow from the 1960's to the 1990's. There's a good mixture of humour and details about the various criminals and crimes. There are also the victims which are mentioned, with some obviously making a big impression on Joe Jackson.
Some of the cases and events are well known, like Bible John, others are new to me. The sort of author it would be interesting to talk to.
