I really enjoyed this book and was glad I had added it to my collection about five years ago. This book was simply written with no hidden messages. Half way though this book I had my ah-ha moment and things have not been the same with me since. (In a good way).
I would recomend this read to all who are struggling with their life's paths. I has easy to do exercises explaining how to be in the now.

I would recommend this book to anyone; even those who do not follow a twelve step program. Answers to questions on how to live and truly be happy.

Wish I would have read this one before Excuse Me...Clearly Grabhorn was still investigating her concept of personal energy.
