After fleeing from her father’s death, Katherine finds freedom in the seclusion of a broken down cabin tucked deeply into the woods. That freedom however came with the cost of having to fend for herself. After two years of surviving the harsh realities of her situation, how much longer can she manage to do so, before her time runs out?
Salvador and his Brotherhood of close friends grew up with harsh childhoods. Watching his Mother's promiscuous ways and his Father's weakness to stand up to her, Salvador grew up with a hardened heart towards women and a temper that would rival the Devil himself!
When Salvador and Katherine's worlds collide, will Katherine so easily accept her loss of freedom? And will Salvador learn to trust a woman again?
Kari Miller, 36, also known as The Lonely Housewife, resides in Canada. A Mother of two boys and a dedicated housewife, Kari enjoys spending her spare time writing novels, spending time with her family and day-dreaming. It was her day-dreams that inspired her writing and her Husband that encouraged her to follow them.
This is historical romance with lots of hotness... Story wise, I like it... The alpha's, the brotherhood, are hot... I love their closeness and protectiveness... I love Salvador and Peter... Katherine is innocent and naive and stubborn person and in my opinion, irritating as hell... if I would base the book on Katherine, I'd give it a 3!
