Scout Randall might be the big witch in town, but that doesn’t mean she has all the answers. Between apexes, shifters, and old friends turning into new enemies, she has her hands full. It’s going to take a big team to help her save the day. They just might be up to the challenge. Of course, they might not be up to it either. Here comes trouble.
This three-book omnibus includes Crone Cold Dead, Chilled to the Crone, and Two Birds, One Crone.
When I was a kid, I was torn between whether or not I was going to grow up and be the Incredible Hulk or Wonder Woman. I flirted with being a Jedi Knight for awhile, but I wasn't up for the intense travel associated with the gig. In my teens, I settled on being a writer -- although I had no idea the effort that would entail. Not only am I a writer now, but I'm a writer in several different mediums. I'm a longtime newspaper reporter, an avid reader and a voracious science fiction fanatic.
I had read the first two books when they were originally published. However, they were just as good the second time round and set me up perfectly for the new book. The new book is nonstop action! Lots of progress in the ultimate story line but still with plenty of time spent on the characters. I especially enjoy the moments spent on Gunner and Graham’s relationship. Guest appearance by Poet and her harem! Definitely read but do start at the beginning!
I really enjoy how Amanda Lee writes a story, especially a paranormal, romantic comedy series! She really knows how to develop characters and I’ve said it before? I love how all of her different series? The characters are connected!
