I knew that I had toxic thoughts but I didn't realize how much they had a grip on my life until reading this book. It has best practices on thoughts, mind and ways to destress, having coping skills and to give yourself grace when you need it. Definitely going to keep this book on hand for when I need it as a reference.

This book is a helpful guide to ditching negativity. It breaks down why we get those negative thoughts and offers easy ways to handle them. I love how the author explains things in a way that makes sense. Plus, the exercises she suggests, like mindfulness and gratitude, are pretty cool and actually work! It covers a bunch of topics, from mindfulness to maintaining good relationships, which is great for overall mental health. Overall, it's a super helpful book that anyone feeling down should check out. 📚✨

Great book that provides simple exercises aiding in healing mental concerns


This book provided what I feel is relevant exercises that are not difficult to maintain in order to help the reader over come toxic thoughts.
