A Home For Princess Fettuccine

What is true for movies is also certainly true for novels. If the storyline has children, readers are magnetized by their innocence and magic. There is nothing more intriguing other than what the child has to say next. So, yes, this is a reverse harem romance between 3 members of the Cold Hearts hockey team and their physical therapist, but the star of the “show” is precocious 4 y/o Audrey. Summers has us hooked with the opening lines between Emily and Audrey. That’s all I’m giving up. This story is too adorable to spoil. Read this delightful steamy romance, find out who the father is, and how Alexei, Ian and Oliver manage to overcome their own personal demons to make this polyamorous relationship work. I did receive an ARC from Booksprout but I purchased the novel, because it’s worthy of a reread.

Love all RH books by Sofia and this was an overall good read. Emily’s life is about to change as she is assigned to Alexi as his Physical Therapist after he suffers from a hockey accident.

Oliver and Ian happen to join Alexi for his Pt visit and let the fireworks begin. Love the character building and backstory. Nothing is ever that easy when you find not one but three hunks and truly amazing men. One minute stars and the next the world is against them. Finding the ultimate happiness for this family and a sweet 4 year old is all they want.

DNF at 10% — Not for Me

I stopped reading at about 10%. I misunderstood the description, and once the baby-daddy storyline became clear, I knew I wasn’t interested.

The internal monologues were already too long, the chemistry felt forced, and the male leads just didn’t work for me.

Overall, it was too much and clearly not my kind of book, so I’m moving on.

Here we meet Emily, her adorably sassy daughter Audrey, and her sexy men Alexei, Ian, and Oliver. I really enjoyed these characters. This book hooked me right from the beginning and just got better as it progressed, I struggled playing just one more chapter game before bed. This is the first book I've read by this author, and I will definitely be adding her to my favorite authors list. I can't wait to read more from her. I absolutely loved this book.

But she was trying to get away from all the questions so she went and pick the phone. It was her boss Jenna calling asking if she could pick up one of her case on very difficult client who refuses to reschedule. Jenna was sick and the client was a high profile client who was very persistent and had to seen today. The client was Alexei LaRau the captain of the Cold Hearts hockey team. Alexei had been suffering from lower back and shoulder pain that was affecting his game and needed relief immediately. From moment that they lay eyes on each other it was an instant attraction. They flirted as well as made sexual innuendo towards each other. It only heats up as the session continues and by the end he had walked her to her car and they were kissing.
Alexei is a stoic, broody billionaire asshole but after coming into contact with Emily his whole demeanor changed and he started laughing again something he hadn't done since the death of his father. After seeing this sudden change in him; his two best friends, roommates and team mates had to get to the bottom of it. They saw him constantly texting and smiling and grabbed his phone and after reading the message they had to meet the woman. When Emily saw three men sitting down in the lobby at Alexei next appointment she didn't know what to expect and thought that the two men had came to confront her. She was shook because one of them was Audrey's dad and she didn't know if he had come to take her away from her. Oliver believes that he knows Emily but couldn't put his finger on where he had met her before. All the guys had a thing for her and wanted to start a relationship with her. She agreed to a date with all three and was introduced to a type of sexual encounter that she had never experienced before between Ian the rookie, Alexei the captain and Oliver the goalie and her daughter's father.
But before they would go back to the apartment all Emily's fun stopped when she ran into Oliver's nasty manager, Liza the same woman who she had encountered years prior when she tried to inform Oliver that he was going to be a father. Liza threatened to destroy her in the press and her life and she's threatening her again to stay away. Liza is in love with Oliver and it's not just her managing his career she wants to be with him but Oliver is not aware of her feelings. What will he do when he finds out that he has a daughter that he had no idea existed? And how will the other guys react to the news? What will Liza do when she finds out that it was because of her Oliver had missed out on years of his daughter's life? And will Oliver forgives her? Will she still tries to discredit his paternity ?

Emily Hayes is a physical therapist with a four year old daughter named Audrey.

Alexei is the captain of the Cold Hearts hockey team. He is having lower back issues and comes to the clinic. Jenna, Emily’s coworker and boss, is sick, so Emily fills in for her.

Oliver is the goalie for the team. He and Alexei have been friends for a long time. Ian is also on the team. Alexei took Ian under his wing during Ian’s rookie year. The three guys are now best friends and roommates, just not teammates. Oliver and Ian tag along to Alexei’s next therapy session. Ian has a shoulder problem, so Emily gives him some stretches but recommends that Ian schedules his own time slot to get a more personalized plan.

When Emily first saw the three guys sitting together in the waiting area, she panics. She had a drunken fling with a hockey player and it resulted in her having Audrey. She recognizes Oliver from that drunken night, but he does not remember her. She agrees to go on a date with the three of them. They go to a club. Liza, Oliver’s agent, corners Emily by the bar and warns her to not get too close to Oliver. Again, Emily recognizes Liza from when she tried to tell Oliver that she was pregnant. Liza does not recognize Emily.

As the relationship progressed between the four of them, I was worried that Emily had not spilled the truth about Audrey’s father. I also worried that Liza or the paparazzi would ruin the budding relationship. Another good story by Sofia T. Summers.

Ice Cold Hearts is a wonderful reverse harem, single mom, hockey romance. It follows Emily a physical therapist and single mom to a rambunctious sweet 4 year old named Audrey and 3 hockey players and best friends Alexei, Oliver and Ian. It all started when her best friend and boss Jenna asked her to takeover her high profile patient (who turned out to Alexei a hockey star)after she ends up sick. Their situation starts out heated and funny and ends with playful flirting and promises of something more. When his two friends decide to come to his next appointment things really turn interesting especially since one of them was the guy she spent a drunken night with five years ago.
It's a beautifully written story with thought out characters full of depth and emotion. The guys are dominating, possessive, and oh so wickedly sexy. She's smart, strong, resilient, stubborn, fiesty and determined. Then throw in Audrey her 4 year old adorable, sweet, endearing, rambunctious daughter and of course lets not forget the spiteful passive aggressive character that sets out to cause chaos and destruction whenever possible. You won't be able to put it down until you finish it and then you will be wishing you could start all over again.

Her Destined Encounter -
Emily was happily working and living her life as a single mother, when Alexei stumbled into her life and led her on a rollercoaster ride with the addition of his best friends Oliver and Ian. Even though Emily, Alexei, Oliver and Ian embarked on a relationship, she was keeping a giant secret that had the potential to cause the implosion of their relationship. However, not everyone was happy with their union and tried to destroy it, but their strong connection kept them together.

Unfortunately, just when they settled into their relationship, a troublesome incident occurred and it forced Emily to reveal her secret. Luckily, even though the revelation shook Alexei, Oliver and Ian to the core, it also brought them closer and finally allowed them to declare their feelings for each other, so they could work together towards the life they wanted. I spent most of the day on Sunday reading this book and I can say without a shadow of doubt, that every minute spent turning the pages of this book was worth it. I really enjoyed reading about all the characters and the parts they played to make this enjoyable story come alive. Grab a copy if this book and you won’t be disappointed.

I enjoyed reading this book about the steamy, polyamorous relationship between Emily, Alexei, Oliver, and Ian. They meet when Alexei needs help for a hockey injury from a physical therapist. Emily, a single mother with a four-year-old daughter, is the PT assigned to Alexei. They instantly connect. Alexei shows up to his next PT appointment with his two hockey teammates/best friends, Oliver and Ian. There is an immediate chemistry between all of them and they agree to embark on passionate adventure together. Throw in an evil agent, a frenzied media circus, a daddy secret, interfering team management, and an adorable little girl, and you have a well-written story with lots of twists and turns.

Summers crafted an exciting story with a good plot that includes great character development. The chemistry between Emily and her men is burning hot and the love they have for one another is beautiful. I enjoyed the friendship shared between the men. The characters are complex, yet they have found a way to be a family. Readers will be shocked by the betrayal that occurs. Overall, it was an enjoyable book and I definitely recommend it,.

Emily is filling in for her sick boss and Alexei is the patient that couldn't be rescheduled. Sparks fly between them during the appointment, but nothing happens then. When she sees him next, he is with some other teammates, and she freaks out a little because one is a man she had a one-night stand with. She agrees to go out with Alexei. Ian and Oliver knowing her secret could come out at any time. The guys get along great with her daughter and its makes her want them even more. Its not long before things heat up between them and complications happen. Will she back off from the guys because of Oliver's agent? What will Oliver say when he learns about their daughter?

This is an amazing story that will draw you in from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

I loved this book & couldn't put it down. When single mither Emily's boss asked her to cover her appointment she didn't expect it to be a hot hockey player who had instant chemistry. However when ge turned up for his next appointment he brought with him his 2 hot best friends & teammates but she was shocked when she realised who one of them was.
Things got serious between the 4 of them but she had still not told them the big secret she has been keeping.
The guys bring out a different side to Emily & they have grown to love her cute little girl Audrey.
Yes this story is hot but we also have lies, betrayal & tears sometimes you'll bit a bit flustered so make sure you have a fan ready. I definitely recommend this story.

Finding a Family

This story is mostly about a lady who has had a one nightstand that resulted in a baby, circumstances then led to her not telling him about the baby, but then she finds herself in a relationship with him and his best friends as time goes on she is dealing with press issues and the stress of not telling him until she finally does... Its a pretty good story... Oh she is a physical therapy Doctor too that's how she meets his friend and eventually him again... Her daughter is A fun part of the story too, unfortunately in the last chapter I think maybe the author got a little confused on the age of the child... She says she is 8 but some of the replies from the girl and the way they all are picking her up seems not quite right... Its like she's still the 4 or 5 year old... Mom's hardly ever pickup an 8 yearold... That's really my only complaint.

So there I was, innocently minding my own business, when I thought I would read a few pages to see if I would like it. A missed bedtime, the following day's plans changed, and the book was done.

Reading the blurb, I was worried that it was too similar to another book plot and I might not enjoy. I am glad I liked Emily (+ young Audrey), Alexis, Oliver, Ian, and the supporting characters. There was a happy ending and even though there were challenges along the way, at no point did I have to put the book in time out.

If you have no problem reading about a quad relationship, some laugh-out-loud moments, and spicy time, then I think you will enjoy this book.

I would have given a higher rating but it took until 85%ish for Emily to tell the guys who Audrey’s father was. After all of the BS drama they were put through with the media,her baby daddy confession was just pushed aside….sure honey, i forgive you for keep my kid a secret. The guys just totally accepted her explanation. No yelling, no “how could you’s”, nothing. Pretty anticlimactic.

Then we have the whole issue when they confronted Liza, that was pretty lackluster, imo. I was expecting more to it but the author just brushed it away. I really thought Liza was going to go nuclear with all her crazy. Nope…just Liza giving that interview and basically outing herself was all the conclusion we got. Another afterthought bites the dust.

For the most part it was an ok read.

I'd probably rate this 3.5 stars. It seems like the writer is a bit of a novice. There were time skips that seemed to be added to show the passage of time but no building on anything in between. There was a name slip up early on as well with a main character like she hadn't settled on a name when she started writing or she forgot while she was writing and some grammatical errors as well. These didn't take away from the story much but they did a little bit which is why this is a slightly lower rating. However I did enjoy the story and the drama of it all. And the characters were fun and interesting. It was a fun spicy read and something light to help me relax from my week. I hope she grows in her writing and I would like to read some more of her books.

I have a love hate relationship with this book. I loved the story, the characters all of it and I HATE that it had to end.

Emily is a force to reckon with … even though she kept a secret there were reasons for it … and she proved herself

Her men … they are the perfect trifecta .. grumpy/stoic, cinnamon roll and fun loving … how can anyone NOT want them?

And then the loving on the cake … a little girl with the biggest heart and a mom and dad that loved without conditions.

There is some angst .. but she gets what she deserves in the end ..

I need an epilogue please …,.

Okay, confession time: I'm usually not the biggest fan of sports romances. But holy hockey pucks, people! 🏒❄️

❄️ The single mom angle adds some real-world depth. It's not just about abs and stick-handling (though there's plenty of that too 😂).

❄️ Surprisingly good character development. Each of the guys has a distinct personality beyond just "alpha male who's good at sports."

❄️ Some of the hockey lingo went over my head, but it wasn't a big deal and I didn't feel the need to run to Google every other page.

Although, if you're not into sharing, this might not be your cup of hot cocoa. 😉

This story is full of ups and downs

This story tells of a young woman that was trying to get hold of her baby's dad from the time of her pregnancy but had no luck,then five years later thy meet at her office because one of his friends needed treatment for his back and from there things started to come together until lies started to come on the internet with pictures of her daughter that had been targeted by the press but things worked out for all of them.I would like to say thank you for all your hard work and may fortune smile 😃on you always 😁from a bookworm that loves to read

Ice Cold Hearts is book six in Sofia T Summer's forbidden fantasies. This is a standalone book and worth the read. I enjoyed the book from page one until the end. It was hard to put down. Emily's drunk one night stand left her pregnant and five years later the father of her baby and his two friends come back in her life. This book has it all, reverse harem, second chance, single mom, romance and happy every after.

The dynamics between the characters is well written and feisty Audrey was perfect. Emily is independent and strong and the men are dominating, caring, and loving. Add in their stubbornness and resilience with the drama makes Ice Cold Hearts a perfect reverse harem novel. The humour, banter, hot sexy moments and HEA is unputdownable. This is my first book by Sofia Summers and I intend to read more of her books in the future. 5 stars.

This is another wonderful RH romance and this time physiotherapist, Emily, finding a hot romance with three hockey stars. These men are all very different and yet, they have lots of similarities and the all just gel together with Emily. The author did a fab job fleshing out these characters to make them real for me, especially her daughter Audrey - a fun and feisty little girl ;D I loved how hot things were between them balancing so well with the chaos surrounding them, making for a page turning read for me. Good fun!

Hello Audrey

Physical Therapist, Emily is assigned a new client, hockey player Alexei and the sparks are intense from the beginning. When his two friends join him on the next appointment a revelation is made by Emily, but her secret remains intact for now. As these four engage in their desires, navigating through the media, her secret and their overall dynamic, it promises an engaging story. Definitely worth this fantastic read.

This book had it all. It had laughter, romance, a cute little 4 year old who had 3 strong alpha hockey players wrapped around her finger and a woman who got to enjoy all 3 of them in and out of the bedroom. Of course it would not be a true love story without a few secrets coming out and some jealousy along the way.

Sofia T. Summers is a master at writing multiple persons relationships. The way each character is given a personality that is endearing, carefree (to an extent), loving and giving is refreshing. I liked how their relationships didn’t come easy. Their turmoil, though slight, gives the book some depth. This is a very easy, fast read.

This Booksprout ARC was an interesting read with likable characters.

Firstly one of the most enjoyable things I liked about this book was no 3rd act break-up no real OW drama and when the truth come out at the end everything that was expecting to happen didn't! I loved that. I liked that it wasn't spilt by the horrid Agent. Whilst I would have liked to know the outcome of said Agent. It doesn't change anything to how perfect this story played out.
Multi Pov. Yummy 🌶🌶. Funny and sweet moments, all round great read. Lovely HEA

Oh my , this book is sizzling, I thought at one point my reader was going to catch on fire. It all started one drunk night,now four years later her baby's daddy is back and he brought two friends. Hockey player what could be better, three of them.Make sure you have a fire extinguisher close by.

This was such a good book I couldn’t put it down. It was so easy to read and follow. I loved that Emily got to have a HEA with Ian, Oliver and Alexei there was so much spice in this book as well as open communication, forgiveness and honesty.
