STAR CLUSTER: FAMILY

Rate this book
Time to go home and see Leo…Star. He just has to do one thing first.

The hardest part of the journey should have been getting there, but the trials now facing Joe were as tough as any he’d faced on the street, especially when he has to relive his past under one of Layton’s ‘tests’.
All he wants to do is go home and see Leo, to reunite with him and hold his hand again, but Joe knows things never go that smoothly. He prepares for the fight, he knows he hurt his friend, and has to make it up to him but Leo has his own ideas how he should do that. He needs Julian, his old friend, and his new family to be his strength as he tries to win back Leo.

Star no longer relates to Leo. Leo is someone he had to be, to manage an adult life with adult needs he didn’t understand, until he found his family and his Daddy. Now Daddy takes care of Leo’s needs and he can forget about Leo who he finds difficult and complicated to be when he has to manage everything. Now he can be the Star he always found easier to be and doesn’t have to pretend anymore – Then Joe returns and his old life meets his new life and he’s so confused, and his people are confused. Leo resurfaces to meet the chaos, confusion and the challenges, but it takes all his people to find his way back to Joe.

Under the night sky, under the stars, they’ll find their new beginning.

Great ending!

A total roller coaster of an ending. It kept me on my tiptoes throughout the whole thing. I felt completely connected to the characters and felt every emotion, good and bad. Amazing and well thought out ending to a fabulous series. I hope there are many more side stories to come.

What a ride this series has been! I've laughed, cried, got angry, and upset throughout it, and I wouldn't change a damn thing.

This book focuses on Joe and his journey to finally be reunited with Star. He first has to make amends to Layton though, and we all know how ticked off he is with him. Expect fireworks, all kinds of drama and the usual sexy times you get from Taylor.

I ate my way through a huge stash of emotional support snacks and regret none of it.
