“Blyss and Beautii weren't just lovers; they were partners in every sense of the word. Attuned to each other's desires as if they were their own, they moved with a synchronicity that left bystanders in awe. Their ability to anticipate each other's needs and seamlessly complement one another's actions was nothing short of breathtaking”
This is probably my favorite passage from this book and perfectly described Blyss and Beauti’s relationship as it continued to develop in the next installment of this series. They are now well into their journey of life and love and the way these two did not play about each other was everything. Whether it was in the courtroom or in the bedroom these two were a force to be reckoned with.
Blyss was a problem solver and unfortunately a problem he thought was past him and Beauti came back with a vengeance!! Baby where did this man come from because he was ready to avenge the death of his loved one and willing to do so at all costs! What Braizi didn’t plan on was playing with Blyss! 🗣️because you don’t! Blyss was playing chess not checkers and swept the board! This was probably the first time where my anxiety didn’t kick in because I already knew how Blyss was coming. When he told Beauti not to worry he calmed my soul as well!
I enjoyed everything about this series! The progression of their relationship was nice, the love oozed from the pages and as they built a life with each other it was clear these two were meant to be! I loved that my girl Fayth may have her a boo thang in the works and also loved seeing Blyss and Beauti come from two solid two parent homes that wasn’t rooted in trauma! This was evident in the way that they treated each other and those around them! If you’re looking for a good series with romance, drama and minimal angst with no 3rd act break ups *yes lawd* then this is the series for you!

Alright now Aja. You did not come to play with us this go round huh? 😂 I already loved this couple, and they are now moving through life like a well-oiled machine. Whether it is in the courtroom, or in their home, the connection they have is synched and on lock! Nothing and no one can disrupt the peace that they are experiencing.
Blyss is all about his woman and will stop at nothing to protect her. A situation he thought had been handled, has come back to cause him a few issues. Now Bilaal was not even worth a damn penny with a hole in it, so why was Braizi, so hellbent on revenge? 👀 Strolling into Groove City thinking he big ish, and he can take down Blyss. Well sir, it would serve you well to do a thorough search when scoping out a formidable opponent. Cause Blyss is comin' hard! 💪🏾
I loved Blyss before, but when he turned that gangsta way past ten, I was swooning. 😍 He was willing to go gutter with this fool, if it meant protecting his Beautii. I loved how Bruce was feeding Blyss intel from the cut, to help him out. 👍🏾
Beautii may not have known all that Blyss was into, but she knew that her man was a force in those streets, and she would always be safe with him. Their love was beautiful and being able to see it grow and flourish felt like an honor. A perfect ending to this love story.

4.5 ⭐️ Perfect ending for the perfect couple. Beautii & Blyss relationship gave me all the feels 🥰 They oozed LOVE. Soulmates, my person, forever love, alllll of it!!!

I really enjoyed this book. The way Blyss loved Beautii was everything! Beautii was kept safe by her man and family and I loved that for her. I’m happy with how their story came to an end but my girl Faith needs a book because she is too good of a friend not to get her HEA!

Prefect ending to the series , I loved how beautii got her happy ever after! This did come at a cost but all that she went through was worth it at the end!

Whew book one was such a refreshing read, but baby book two it brought the DRAMA. I wasn’t too nervous for Blyss and the gang forreal cus Mr.Valentino is def one of them ones FORREAL. Like whew made me wanna climb into the book and be Beautii forreal. Like this love story was just that. So well written, action packed, romantic but with a message. This story really rejuvenated my lil heart. The note Aja has for us as the reader really stand out most, because of how well she wrote this story how easily she was able to convey the love between our two main characters and their families. 5 stars is all I could give but it deserves 20
