There does not seem to be any real help from the author to enable the reader to make a set of arrows. I also felt that much of the text came from many other sources. I felt a bit let down that there wasn't any diagrams, or pictures to illustrate and define what was being said in the text.
I'm glad I didn't spend a lot of money on buying this book. It's not one I will reference often. Lesson learnt I think.
