A lot of what we do in school is because that's the way we've done it for 200 years. It's so important to reimagine our structures, keep the ones that still make sense, abandon the ones that don't, and implement new structures that meet the needs of students / families / educators / society today. This book gives great inspiration and how-to.

Chapters 7-9 were most interesting to me - detailed description of one district’s community design.
