Straightforward in scientific terms, knowledgeable but concise. And the experiences are relatable and assuring.

I'm a soon to be father expecting twins, bought the big hard back as I read a review saying the kindle version was awful which I expect it to be after seeing the columed pages of this book. The book is okay, it has good insights but it drags on about some topics that aren't that useful and also repeats itself quite a lot. I found the reading order kind of confusing because of the page layout and it constantly refers you to other pages which I just find annoying. Worth a read but it's sometimes hard to get through, I'd recommend skimming and just reading what you think is interesting.
