Definitely keeping this one close

2100 easy recipes all geared for a healthier life that takes in the most important part of our bodies, the heart. The heart is what keeps us going and this cookbook, yes chock-full of great information, has a healthier diet for our hearts to better our loves. My husband had heart surgery 6-7 years ago and has to be extra careful even though the surgery was a success. These recipes sound delicious and are perfect to help my husband and even myself and our kids love long, healthier lives. This book should definitely be on your to get list.

Healthy Heart Diet!πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½

I love that it is detailed and breaks down how the heart works. There are pros and cons of what you should eat and shouldn't eat and how it affects your heart's health. If the body is healthy, the heart is healthy. In the back of the book, there's a monthly food chart of healthy meals, I find that to be very helpful. I highly recommend this book!
