The Realest Street Love Affair: An Urban Romance Novel

***This is a Re-Release, previously published in 2018***

As a single mom, nothing in the world mattered more to Zyann James than her son, Zaire. After losing her job and having no family to lean on, she didn’t sulk, she put on her ‘big girl’ panties and did what she had to do by any means necessary to keep a roof over their heads. When a new job opportunity was presented to her, Zyann was glad to put her shameful choices behind her and move forward. Finding love was never on her agenda.

After spending his early twenties behind penitentiary walls, Warrik “War” Romine, was out on parole and ready for a fresh start. Determined to use the skills that he’d gained while locked up to make a profitable living, he was ready to put away his savage ways and be a man his grandmother could be proud of. When he found out his long-time girlfriend hadn’t been the rider she claimed to be, he found himself a single man more focused on stacking his paper then chasing down hoes. That was until he crossed paths with plain Jane, Zyann.

Rocco “Roc” Norman was the younger brother of War. In his eyes, War was more of a father-like figure than a sibling. When Roc wasn’t spending his time trappin’, he was trying his damnedest to keep the peace in a family filled with conflicts. Family bonds are tested when Rocco begins to doubt his brother’s intuition and the revelation of who their mother really is becomes more than obvious.

In the story of The Realest Street Love Affair, an unlikely pair crosses each other’s paths with secrets and family drama that threatens to end a budding street romance.

***This story is a part of a two part series that ends in a cliff-hanger***

Well well well

Ohh I was so sick and tired of Zy and her independent, scary behind. I wanted to yell at her to tell War what happened to her. I mean I didn’t want her to tell him about her past, especially the way he brought up his mother on their first date but after buddy came to her house. I definitely would have told him what happened to her and how Zaire was in the next room. I hope part 2 doesn’t piss me completely off.

Now wait one minute!

Zy was on my nerves bad y’all. BAD! The who avie and demario situation was the wake up call she pressed SNOOZE on. I was so irritated that she didn’t tell War. And her mood swings… ugh…
And that being said, you know the writing was goodT. War… 💔 Rocco 💔

I hope the Author comes out with a part two because there’s no way, you left us on the edge of our seats like that! Whew I felt so sorry for they stuff Zyann was going through, all she wanted was to provide for her son and feel loved. Loved how War came along and applied pressure, but I hope he can push through the tragic situation that’s happened. 10/10
