Secrets. Lies. Betrayal. I've done my fair share, risking everything to save her. My princess... My Ryth. Now we're cornered by those who run the Order. And we're at their mercy. Only one man can get us out. The man who knows the truth about this place... Her father. Deals are made to free us. Only she doesn't know everything. She soon will... She'll expect my brothers to be standing outside the gates.. Waiting... But I don't think they will. I'll be there to pick up the pieces. I'll make sure she's safe. Our little mouse. Our princess. Our... stepsister.
I'm really so very confused about a number of things so here is my breakdown. 1. Is Ryth's father Mr. King? Like that's the only thing that makes sense. Im hoping within the next few series we might find out bc if that was the ending I'm annoyed with the unanswered questions 2. I enjoyed Ryth's character growth. Hate her mother. But I lowkey feel like the mom getting killed off without speaking to her really left me confused. She had a relationship with this woman and literally up until she shipped her off she was nothing but loving to her. I'm glad that b*txh is dead but Ryth deserves answers. 3. London St. James is a curious man but im also like not sure im going to enjoy his books. I Stan Vivienne and I know she enjoys it and lowkey likes him. But it's going to be very hard for me to enjoy his book.

3.25 ⭐️ I don't like how we still don't know what's happening at the end of the third book. Feels like we uncovered only 1 out of the 10000 secrets there are. I get that it's a 9 book series (divided into 3 parts following separate FMC) but I wish we still knew more in these first three books. Felt like we weren't going anywhere.
I wanted to give this more stars because it is good... the story and the characters are good... but it's going on too long. there are too many unanswered questions... even though the story seems finished as the next book switches characters... there are too many thing being added and no answers being provided. im not sure I'll keep going with this series. It's also full of mistakes, both spelling and grammar and information that contradicts itself.
It’s forced. Stepbrothers and stepsisters are taboo enough, did they ALL truly have to refer to her as their little sister while doing the dirty?!
story line was hard to follow, didn’t find it very descriptive (other than the spice, actually written okay). A lot of dialogue and asking yourself wait what? Well questioning your taste in smut.

Very repetitive, It was almost as if the author didn't have much to say for this book. So used a lot of Repeating words. And I mean, it's also just sex and fights. When does that die down and we move on to something else. Hope the rest of the series gets better

These books got worse in my opinion. The storyline isn't great and their relationship is just bizarre. The way this book ended was SO CRINGY! I literally hoped it would get better and then it didn't.
Great way to end the series. I feel like the end had me yearning for more and I was a little confused that it was over. There were a lot of questions that were left unanswered. But overall, nice way to end the triangle of Ryth and her brothers.
In this third book of the series, more secrets are coming out. I liked this book more than the others. I think the characters are maturing. It is a very dark series with elements of light.
Nice wrap up for Ryth but still left me wanting more. I ended up buying all 9 books physically because I knew it was gonna keep me interested. Definitely a lot of smut in these books lol
DNF at 34%. The story really just started to drone on and on. Very repetitive and annoying. The first book was great, the second, good, the third... leaves something to be desired.
