This is the accompanying workbook to the regular book. It is extensive and practical, but at times overwhelming. There is more than enough territory to cover in it. Couples are encouraged to do what is applicable to their particular situation. It has been the basis for some great communication between my wife and I and opened up many areas that we have been unable to talk about in the past. Highly recommended with the caveat to pick and choose.
