Twisted Sisters

Rate this book
Lisa is beautiful, cool and self assured, she has a good job and the world at her feet yet for some reason she chooses Rob to be her lover. Rob is an everyday family guy recently divorced, nothing to look at and in a stressful job but doing his best to make ends meet. When he meets Lisa he is just enthralled. But why would Lisa be interested in him? He feels flattered and thinks that there really is a connection between them perhaps even love. Little does he know what Lisa really wants. This romance is played out closely and in personal terms. It is beautiful at times and horrible at others. It is funny and sad, playful and intimate, sexy and funny and ultimately tragic as all falls apart while other things fall together. I really enjoyed this wonderful tale. It is an engaging tale of a bittersweet love, passion and pain. The romance takes the reader through a wide range of emotions whilst providing depth to the characters personalities. It is. in a way, a psychological incursion on the nature of a love used and abused by a selfish and heartless person. Excellent book. Wish I could find ones like this more often. Mari Ponton.

Raymond Walker Is the award winning author of Sixteen novels, many compendiums of short stories and two books of poetry (though he hates to admit to them).
He is a guitar player, songwriter, father (of two cool kids), an occasional philosopher, political thinker, aesthete and imagine-er of the ethereal and unusual.
An all round good guy (or so he tells me), perhaps he forgets that I have read his books.

He was born in 1962 and raised in Argyll, Scotland, before moving to Edinburgh to attend university.
His love of the countryside, forests, mountains and the relics of his native Scotland are reflected deeply in his writing. His tales echo the dark past and history, the unknown places and wonders of Scotland at the point where reality dips into fantasy until nothing is quite as it seems.
Married for the second time He lives in Prestwick, Ayrshire with his beautiful wife, his inflated ego and his man shed.
Not one to be pigeon-holed his books range from Romances and Ghost stories to Historical fiction and fantasy. The winner of several writing competitions, his books have received critical acclaim worldwide.

"Trow", Hiding From The Light" and "Beastie" have been his most recent offering's.
Soon to come will be the novels, "The Fisherman's Lament" and Baranguiel"
