About the author

Jonathan Herbert is a novelist and freelance writer. He wrote the novels Chasing Palms (2016), Silver King (2013), and Banyan Street (2010). Born in Cincinnati, Ohio and raised in Englewood, Florida. His fiction has won awards in the William Faulkner Literary Competition, Paris Book Festival and Great Midwest Book Festival. He received a B.A. from the University of Cincinnati in 2000 and currently lives in Cincinnati with his wife and their two children.

Jonathon Herbert has written some interesting material. I loved Banyon Tree and very much liked Silver King, as I do Chasing Palms, which I just finished. I am "Following" now, so I will be reading whatever he writes from here on - I suspect!
