Win-Win Scenarios

Everyone can win (or at least trend positively) when organizations take talent management seriously. I’m a big fan of what the US Army Talent Management Task Force accomplished over the past few years. Kris Saling was a key player in all of it! I hope every leader, manager, HR professional, and supervisor reads this book, reflects on it, and implements what they can at their level to serve their employees and their organizations! Well done! Great Read!
