Daddy's Grumpy Cowboy is a short, spicy read with a dose of light daddy kink (no age play). Like others in the series, there's not much in the way of a deep plot, just a quick read about a billionaire daddy having his way with a cowboy.

Very nice! I’m used to the older, more successful MC being a grump and a younger man being the sunshine.
The author turned it around here and it was well written.

Elias has to woo shy and distant Caleb, in some very nice scenes. Caleb longs to leave the ranch and see the world. Elias sees the world every work week and finds he is getting deeper feelings other than the hot sex.
It is a serendipitous relationship which takes awhile to get going, which I enjoyed more than insta. The relationship turns toward D/b, which both men enjoy.
Elias is there on vacay with his newlywed brother and sister-in-law and they were well written as a sounding board for Elias to talk about his feelings.
A nice novella with good heat and a HEA.

Quick MM romance
This was a quick mm cowboy x billionaire romance and I loved it! Insta love is always a trope I just love and this one delivered. The dynamic between Elias and Caleb was so cute and whitty I loved it. And once they go together it didn’t change they still had some banter and playfulness I really enjoyed.

These novellas might be short, but there’s still a great backstory for each character!Both stories feature an unconventional age gap relationship that’s filled with lust, pining, and a HEA! The daddy aspect of the book is sooooo hot 🥵! I loved that these couples find love where they least expect it.

Je pense que je suis resté trop longtemps au soleil sans chapeau aujourd'hui parce que le coup de chaleur semble être une explication appropriée au flirt effronté dont je viens d'être témoin. Peut-être que j'avais des hallucinations. Je veux dire, qu'est-ce qui pourrait en être responsable d'autre ? Elias ne s'intéresse sûrement pas vraiment à moi. Il est à un million de kilomètres de ma ligue.
Non seulement il est naturellement magnifique, mais tout le monde l’aime. Il est le chouchou du monde des affaires, selon l'opinion publique, et il est encore plus beau en personne. Grand, musclé mais toujours mince, des yeux marron doux, une racine des cheveux forte et pleine… Je pourrais continuer pendant des heures.
Pour couronner le tout avec une barbe taillée et un sourire meurtrier, il est un dix sur dix. Être extérieurement gentil et aisé financièrement est tout simplementles cerises dessus. Il aurait quand même attiré mon attention s'il avait été juste un gars ordinaire comme moi, mais ce n'est pas le cas.
Elias est loin d'être normal, il est pittoresque, trop beau pour être vrai. Et c'est pourquoi je vais supposer que son regard bouche bée et ses paroles audacieuses sont le produit d'un cocktail de trop avant le dîner.

This one just didn’t hit like the rest of the series did for me. Elias Masondo is a billionaire Daddy type, and Caleb Burke is the grumpy ranch hand cowboy—the setup sounds delicious, but it didn’t quite deliver the way I hoped.
The book is short, so there’s already not a lot of time for deep development, and yet… Elias’s interactions with his sister-in-law Erin took up way too much space. Something about their dynamic just didn’t sit right with me. It was low-key off-putting, and it distracted from the main romance I was supposed to be invested in. I wanted more Elias-and-Caleb tension, more connection, more anything. But instead, that part of the story felt rushed and undercooked.
The spice was just okay but the emotional payoff was kinda flat. It’s a fast read with a Daddy-little dynamic, sure, but this one definitely ends up being my least fave in the Deep Desires series.
