On the plus side, I liked the fact that these recipes indicated the "prep time, cooking time, ready in" and servings each recipe made. However, I was dismayed to see the change from US measurements to the International Metric that occurred throughout the book.
There were a variety of recipes but I'm not sure I would take the time to make any; the proofing was non-existent. It would be a real bummer to find I'd made a recipe that did not turn out correctly because the measurements were wrong.
As others have mentioned, some of the recipes are not gluten-free.
This little book contained a variety of recipes for corn flour that I would not have thought of. They are gluten free which should allow more people to make use of them.
