This is book five in the Billionaire Surprise Series. Look for the other books in the series!

Emma St. Clair is a USA Today Bestselling Author who loves sassy heroines, witty banter, and love stories with heart and humor. No Emmas have been hurt in the writing of these novels. (Yet.)
The Surprise Gift of Love This is a sweet and clean romance with faith elements. This is a fun story with a few interesting twists. The characters are more than believable. The way the billionaire spends his money is something that most readers will enjoy. All of the emotions ring true. This is a high-quality story as is everything this author writes. I received this ARC book from the author for free and this is my honest review.
Loved this book! His father says he has to have an heir to inherit the family business that he has been running for several years. He finds out that he supposedly has a little girl, he claims the business. There are some surprises coming up, so be sure to read to discover how it turns out! I recommend this book to anyone who loves to read clean romance!
So, so good. I did not want to put this one down, and I did not want it to end, either. Not many sweet romances make me cry, but this one did in all the best ways. Ms St Clair has a way of taking a story that could very well become cheesy or cliched, and turning it into something relatable and unique.
I loved The Billionaire's Secret Heir! I think my favorite part of the story was Becka's nickname for Beckett! Other elements I really enjoyed - Beckett's growth, Madi standing up to Beckett, Beckett's family being real human beings. There are some surprises in store for the reader. This book is far from the trope you might expect. This is truly heartwarming story. You must read this book!
This was written in Emma's earlier writing years & before her shift to romcoms, so it's a little primitive & insta, but it's still a good story.
It's also inspirational, so there's a lighthanded bit of "Bible Christian" faith in the story that's very generic & positive as opposed to preachy that fits in both believably & well.
A perfect beach read level story that kept me pleasantly engaged while I was working on something that had me taking regularly timed breaks waiting for the next stage of the process
*Romance level: ~PG-rated mainly just because of child born out of wedlock; sweet kisses, nothing graphic
Beckett and Madi were not meant to be. Or were they? Beckett's father sets up what looks like an insane stipulation, especially considering the time element. It simply is not possible. Until attorney Bret with one "t" shows up, informing Beckett he has a daughter and must start paying child support. Novels by Emma St. Clair are always a treat, and this one is no exception. Recommended for all readers of clean Christian billionaire romance.
This is a sweet and heartwarming romance with adorable and charming characters that will simply melt your heart and brighten your spirit as they journey towards unconditional true love and family.
Omg this is a great example of “don’t judge a book by its cover” cause if I had seen this cover in a bookstore I would have put that book down so fast and been like yeah this book probably isn’t for me.
However, the story is BEAUTIFUL. I loveeeeee Beckett and Madi’s journey. Their faith tied into the story in a perfect way and the Epilogue is just wonderful!!!
So impressed with the mixture of faith, reality and happy ending. The author managed to convey how messy faith can be and how the past can become a barrier to a new life when trying to move forward. The happy ending was perfect and completely unexpected, but really kept to the plot of the book.

MY TAKE I love stories about dads and their kids, especially ones like this where the dad is learning how to be a father. In the beginning Beckett is emotionally distant from everyone and anal about everything being clean and in its place. With the title of the book, I had to smile to myself, knowing what had to be coming for him. Becka is a doll and I can totally understand how he becomes attached to her.
The romance between Becket and Maggie is sweet. It happens quickly but not so fast that it's insta-love. It's fun to see them fall in love and learn to give and take.
I'll have to look for the first books in the series now.
I was really looking forward to this book. The plot intrigued me.
But, I could not stand Madi. At all. Her worst case scenario mentality was super frustrating to endure. She really needed to probably see a professional for that. It also doesn't really make her strong, not sure where Beckett saw that.
She also rubbed me the wrong way with her attitude about custody and Beckett's guest house. She waltzed in there requesting full custody then was upset Beckett didn't initially want to know Becka. YOU don't get it both ways, Madi. She didn't even seem to think he would want partial custody of his child he knew nothing about. The offer was she got custody and he paid support. What the hen is that? When her sister died, she should have been looking for a job. Instead of relying on someone else for child support. And then when is offered a free place to live, she nitpicked every little thing. As if any of it couldn't be modified. Not to mention, it was still probably far safer for Becka than a house that was literally rundown and rotting!
I just don't see how she's supposed to be this strong fierce woman. And I don't see what Beckett saw.
Beckett, for his part, was what you'd expect. I did love his directness.
I have read multiple stories from Ms. St Clair. And this misses the mark for me I'm afraid.
Emma St. Clair is one of those authors who consistently provides great stories in some of the genres I most enjoy: billionaire and rockstar romances. The Billionaire's Secret Heir (The Billionaire Surprise Series Book 5) is a perfect example of this. Madeline and Beckett’s story is a great one, with her going from paid nanny to primary caregiver upon her sister’s death and eventually so much more. It’s fun watching Beckett fall into love with her. It just fun reading this tale. But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises. The book definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that the book is most definitely one to read, and it is easy to highly recommend. I’m definitely looking forward to the next book in this series.
I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
The story of Beckett, Madi and Becka had my attention throughout! I liked the idea of reforming ones life and making a new start, putting on the new personality. The challenges the characters face seemed realistic and occasionally predictable but Emma has a way of throwing twists in that makes what was predictable and turns it into a new situation that now has intrigue and excitement.
I was extremely impressed with the editing of this book. I didn’t find any grammar errors and the spelling was on point as well! I am somewhat of a perfectionist so grammar and spelling is a big deal for me when I’m reading! It draws me away from the story so I feel I have to give Emma big kudos. It seems so many e-books I read have more and more mistakes.
This was another delightful read by Emma St. Clair. It touched on so many relevant issues that people face in their every day lives and she has handled it with such grace and compassion showing forth in this work. She beautifully touches on our faith in God and just believing in the power of prayer and love. Occasionally I will pick up a book and when I read the last page, my entire experience with the book has been taken to a different level. This is a very touching, sweet, clean inspirational book with Very strong family values woven throughout the pages. I do recommend this book. Meet Madi, Becca, and as Becca calls him "IT" and all the members of Beckett Van de Kamp's family in this uplifting story. I received an ARC copy of this book. This is my voluntary and honest review with all thoughts and opinions my own. Vicki from Wyoming
Emma St. Clair wove a beautiful story that really touched my heart. It is a sweet and clean story that draws upon faith, especially as the story progresses. The story has wonderful, realistic characters that really grow before your eyes. Beckett had everything money could buy and is married to his job until his dad throws him a twist. Madi is now raising her sister's daughter since her sister died in an accident. Out of tragedy comes love and heartache. I never knew for sure where the story was going because just like life when it is too good to be true something might happen to change that. I really enjoyed the surprise ending which was a perfect ending for an unpredictable couple and story. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.
This book is undoubtedly one of my favorite reads. The magnetic personality change when Becca first met 'It ' was so incredibly sweet. It matched the rest of the book incredibly well. The father/son bond between Beckett and Sander was so well-expressed, and the brother bond between Beckett and his younger but more mature brother was something to behold. The ability of the Dutch to speak forthrightly and from the heart prevented a lot of heartache. Finally, the verse that defined the whole book...Perfect love casteth out fear... has a whole different meaning when you read the whole thing.
Excellent read. What an unexpected bonus from a mass giveaway!!
Madi's sister dies leaving Becka for Madi to raise. Without a job, Madi struggles to provide for them. Afraid Becka's dad might swoop in and take her away, Madi preemptively sets up an appointment with the man she believes is Becka's dad. Beckett is set to take over the family company, but his father adds a stipulation. He must produce an heir before he's given the reins. When he meets Becka, everything changes.
I loved this book so much. The way Beckett prioritized Madi and Becka made my heart melt. I love Madi's dedication to Becka even though she's not her biological child. Again, Emma tackles real-world hardships in a way that gives us hope! This book has Christian themes.
Content Warning: -Death of a mother leaving her child behind -Car accident -Deception from a lawyer *This is a clean contemporary read.
This was an interesting read for me, it had faith, doubt, loss, guilt, secrets, lies, family drama, priorities and love. I'll be honest and say I didn't warm to Beckett at first, but he soon changed my mind. The journey he goes on shows true character development and honesty, I loved all the characters and how they each brought something to the story and enriched it. This story is full of emotion and sucked me in so much I couldn't stop until I finished it. I am voluntarily leaving this honest review after receiving an ARC.
I loved this book; it really touched my heart. As I was reading this book, I seem to become part of it. I became a close friend or relative who watched the characters as they adapted to whatever life threw at them. Although The Billionaire’s Secret Heir is considered as romantic fiction, it is more than a romance between a man and a woman. It is about love between a man and a child, a woman and a child, and God and two very “human” people. I read a lot of Christian fiction and I think that this book is one of best that is available on Amazon.
This novel was okay, not the best that I have read but definitely not the worst. I enjoyed this book for the majority of the storyline but towards the end I felt it was too drawn out. I wish they could have wrapped it up a little sooner, I feel like it would have worked out better. This novel had a lot of up and down moments for me. One moment, I was completely sure I wouldn't keep reading it, the next I couldn't seem to put it down because I wanted to know what happened. In the end, I'm glad I stuck with it and finished it out.
I love seeing how characters grow and change over the course of a novel. Emma St. Clair did a great job of creating a strong but sensitive leading lady and a man of depth. Watching the characters grow and change as the overcame their personal struggles made this book enjoyable to read. I love the integration of faith into the story in a way that was believable and not forced. If you enjoyed the other books in the series, you'll love this one as well.
I truly enjoyed reading this book. It's a heartwarming & moving story. Beckett, has been told by his father, that he needs an heir to officially take over the family business. Marriage & kids were not in the plans. That is, till a lawyer shows up with some very shocking news. Madi, is the only person her niece, Becka has left. Now she needs to find the father. And Beckett is the last person she expected to be attracted too. A Must Read!!
I received an ARC of The Billionaire's Secret Heir from the author and I'm voluntary leaving my honest review
I enjoyed the story and it kinda reminded me of a Harlequin Romance books but clean without making love scenes and the profanity and because of that i adored the story
Here was the elements that the story had that reminded me of a Harlequin Romance book:
-He was a billionaire
- he made a baby from a one night stand and he didn't know about the baby
- the baby's mom is dead
-the aunt (the baby Mom's sister) is now careing for the baby
- the aunt and the baby daddy (billionaire) fell in love with each other
I liked the messages in this book. Overcoming fear with faith. Change is possible when you put your trust in God. When you think of a billionaire romance you don't really expect to get these Christian themes throughout it, but it's really nice. It was nice seeing the characters struggle through their own issues and work through them. It's relatable and it made for an entertaining read. It's sweet and wholesome, and a great end to the series.
- How fun to feature a Dutch family with all their directness. I relate.
- Christian references always make a book better
- "Stil worden" is not necessarily something a Dutch person would say, but I got the point. Beckett and Graham are not Dutch names, but that's all good. We live in an international world.
- Grief is a big theme in this book, but it is obviously not a subject the author is familiar with. Which is good. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
-Emma St. Clair has a gift with words. She is an amazing author. The story flows. The words disappear and turn into thoughts and emotions.
- All in all a great book to escape in for a while. Thank you, Emma St. Clair!
A great story of Beckett and Madi finding common ground to take care of daughter Becka, after her mom passes away. Becka changes Beckett's life from wanting to be a carefree bachelor to wanting to be a father. Can Madi and Beckett make a go of it and provide a family for Becka? If you like a good clean romance, you will like this book.
A story with enough ups and downs to keep you interested, as you wait to find out whether these two characters will grow past their past (and tendencies) to commit yo each other and make a 'family' in the end. Loved the faith aspects, clear and real enough to be impacting. A good read.
An amazing well written clean inspirational love story. This sweet very touching unexpected romance had me addicted from the beginning. It touches on strong family values, faith, love, doubt, hardships with an unexpected perfect surprise HEA. The characters were well developed, interesting, and had an undeniable connection. I honestly and voluntarily reviewed this ARC.
One of the things I liked about this book was some expected twists and turns but that is just how it is in real life. We can’t do it on our own but God can handle anything if we just let him. Beckett’s failing in love with a little girl who looks just like him right away is exactly it was when my boys were born. This one is hard to put down !
