An evil scientist has developed a device — a hand-held ray gun — that can literally change the genetic code and physical expression of any living thing. In an attempt to sell this powerful new device to the highest bidder, the evil scientist summons his intern, Rex, for a little demonstration. At first he enhances Rex’s physical features — muscles, health, even sexual endowment — but when Rex gets carried away playing with his new “assets” on camera, the evil scientist turns it against him to show the full potential of this new technology. He takes away everything he had given Rex, and then goes further, slowly transforming him into an obedient, mindless, sex slave woman — all live on camera.
