Rate this book
Of all the supernatural occurrences in the world, religious phenomena is the most extraordinary and the most historically documented of all otherworldly happenings. In RELICS OF GOD, author and screenwriter Keith Sniadach delves into many of the supernatural legends and myths and chronicles the mysterious histories, powers and abilities of some of the most fantastic religious artifacts, sacred locations and holy souls in history.

Learn about the bizarre and mystical relics said to be imbued with the power of God. Some known to heal, cure and also … destroy. From the fearsome power of the Ark of the Covenant, to the addictive dominance of the Spear of Destiny. From the wondrous abilities of Aaron’s Rod to the truly baffling Veronica’s Veil and the Shroud of Turin. The religious artifacts will mystify you.

Journey to sacred locations as the supernatural and eerie activities of such fascinating places as Lourdes, Fatima and Akita are explored in all of their magnificent beauty and amazing glory. From the unearthly visions on Apparition Hill in Medjugorje to the miraculous healings at Saint Anthony’s Chapel. The sacred locations will fascinate you.

Follow the torturous, yet holy lives of Stigmatics and Victim Souls. Learn how Padre Pio achieved the path of perfection called the Unitive Way, how the Roman centurion Cartaphilus became immortal and how the bodies of Incorruptibles defy physical law. The holy souls will inspire you.

From antiquity to present day, from the sands of Egypt to the three rivers of Pittsburgh, RELICS OF GOD will guide you along a supernatural trail of biblical proportions.

I'm an atheist with a very devout mother and a Catholic deacon father. I enjoy reading religious books to discuss what I have read with my mother and sometimes she shines light on certain things and I expand her knowledge of occult, catholic stories, or other religions. Frankly this book was a fun read. The different relics were presented in a way that gave you a bit of history then comes all the information about the relic. I grew up catholic and hadn't heard of many of these things. I do question how factual some of the information in the book is but I read to get information then I fact check on my own time. This book kept me interested from beginning to end. The writer knows how to hold attention and I enjoy when books are straight and to the point. I recommend this book to anyone interested in religions. I should also add that as an atheist I didn't feel this book was pandering for me to become a believer in any way.
