هذا الكتاب دليل عملي، سهل في لغته و في قراءته، فمن مميزاته أنه يضع ملخصًا لكل فصل في نهايته و يبدأ كل فصل بالأهداف المرجو تحقيقها بعد قراءته.
أنصح بقراءته كمادة "تدريبية" في مجال التواصل الإنساني، و أن يتم إلزام طلاب الجامعات بل وحتى الثانوي بقراءته و تلخيصه.
يُمكن العودة لهذا الكتاب مرارًا كما أشار الكاتب، به - كما هي العادة في كتب التنمية البشرية وتطوير الذات - قصص حقيقية محددة وواضحة و مُوَظّفة بشكل ممتاز لتخدم الهدف من إيرادها.
أنصح بقراءته و لكن عدم التعمق بقراءة كل حرف فكثير من المعلومات يتم تكرارها في الأغلب الفصول للتأكيد على المعلومة الاهم التي يريد الكاتب إيصالها:
- كل إنسان يريد أن يكون مهما فإذا أردت أن تنجح في تواصلك مع الآخرين امنحهم أهمية
- الإنصات ثم الإنصات ثم الإنصات

A Pleasant Book, Easy to read, Hard to Master!!!!

Having read it quite a number of years ago, I remember thinking it was OK but not much else. Neither can I seem to be able to remember too many specifics about it. Obviously it wasn't awful, otherwise I would have remembered that, but neither was it good enough to burn a vivid image into my mind, so two stars is the most I can give it in hindsight.
