I’m a big fan of Josh’s challenges and what he stands for, love his Runna app and mindset. This was really good, it just felt a little repetitive in parts. I really enjoyed the chapters that spoke more about the challenges, how he overcame those mental blocks to achieve his goals.
Joshua Patterson is an incredible person. These are not words that I ever thought would come out of my mouth as I watched him on Made In Chelsea in 2015.
His achievements are unreal but the way he comes across and the way he now views life is amazing and it was interesting to read about the life lessons he has learnt. If i could ask for more I would want to hear more about his running journey in depth and some of the stories he briefly touched on in each chapter.
