Without Brakes: Fingers Crossed

Rate this book
Our future is obscure and uncertain. Yet we propel ourselves—untethered—toward the abyss. Unable to see the signs, we race to our future. Will you surrender, screaming into the darkness? Or will you summon the strength and courage to endure the world that lies ahead?

From the creative minds of Rocky Mountain Fiction writers, this multi-genre short story collection imagines how humanity will navigate a landscape of natural disasters and unpredictable obstacles. In every gripping story, love for family, community, and longing for what was previously considered normal drives characters to blaze new trails and charge forward—with fingers crossed.

A really interesting set of short stories with a theme of climate change, most taking place in Colorado.
