LOVE— it’s a common word that people take for granted. As for me, Sasha Adams, I have seen that love isn’t everything, though sometimes it’s meant to be. But to be honest, I never wanted it. That has been my plan for as long as I can remember. The only person I ever wanted to love is my sister Lola. But then I met not one no, not even two— but three beautiful men. Dylan, the doctor, had his head screwed on tight. Josh, well, he was a tattooed sex machine playboy. Then there was Brax, the rock star. It was clear they all wanted my heart, but I wouldn’t give it to any of them willingly.
Unwillingly, I fell hard, but there was a part of me that knew he could destroy me. So I refused to give him all of me, and now he’s returned and determined to win me back. But it’s too late, isn’t it?

Three teams to choose from…Team Josh, Dylan and Brax. From my point of view, I would have to say Josh is most like me. He is a total man-whore until he meets “the one”. It is surprising how willing you are to change your ways when your heart goes thump thump thump when you meet that special person. You hope that they feel the same way, but as Josh found out, love isn’t always easy!
Josh was Mr Sex, Mr Get Girls Panting, Mr Anything Goes, Mr Exciting, Mr Sarcastic, Mr Cheeky. He had his softer side but he was at his best during the pursuit. His off-the-wall cheeky innuendoes and sarcastic-take-for-granted attitude was brilliant and so so funny to read.
Dylan was Mr Reliable, Mr Right, Mr Responsible, but his type tend to also be Mr Boring!
And lastly there was Mr Cool Rockstar. We didn’t really get to know much about him, like we did about the other two.
The timescale of the book spanned a couple of years with a flashback right in the beginning, that explained the home-life that Lola and Sasha had. It set out the feelings Sasha had on love, based on what she watched her mother go through and how her mother fell to pieces every single time her relationship ended. You knew from this that whichever guy was going to win the girl, it was going to be well earned!!
Near the end, Sasha did pick her man but I’m not going to tell you who she picked or whether I agree with her choice! Although the author states there is no HEA, there is a kind of settling for Sasha, due to circumstance.
I’ve read other books by TL Smith and I have to say she writes a cracking good book. This was very enjoyable. At times it had me laughing my head off, then it had me want to strangle Sasha for her over reactions, then it had me feeling absolutely gutted and sad.
I learned a very good lesson from watching my mother react every time she got dumped. I will never fall in love. My name is Sasha Adams and I have seen that love isn’t everything, though sometimes it’s meant to be.
But to be honest, I never wanted it. But then I met not one no, not even two— but three beautiful men. Dylan, the doctor, had his head screwed on tight. Josh, well, he was a tattooed sex machine playboy. Then there was Brax, the rock star. They all wanted my heart, but I refused to give it willingly.
This book is very well written. I really like this book. I mean how couldn’t I?. It has got to be every women's fantasy to have 3 extremely sexy guys’ lusting after you. Yummy!!
I loved all the details. I felt like I was there watching the story unfold. The unnerving decisions that Sasha had to make would be torture for any normal person. I really enjoyed it.
By the end of the book I was in tears. I can’t wait to find out what happens in Sasha's life and how she deals with what she recently went through. This is an amazing start to what will be a very emotional and fantastic series.
I can’t wait to find out what T L Smith has in store for us next. I would highly recommend this book.
Well I'm broken.....TL Smith you've broken me into tiny bits with Sasha....but damn what a read!!!!
What can you do when you do everything in your power to avoid love...but it does everything it can to find you...you take the first reason you thinks big enough to give up an run..that's exactly what Sasha did to Josh to avoid facing the fact she loved him!!!!
Years later he's back in her life and he's not letting go easily, he wants his second chance and he'll do anything he has to so he gets it....but what's he not telling Sasha this time round??? And will Sasha get her fairy tale or be left a broken mess???
Honestly after reading this I think it's only fair that Sasha should be as broken as I am, I love TL Smiths writing but this book blew me away I feel gutted and shredded, but very satisfied I made it through with just a lot of ugly crying...
So while I book an appointment with a damn good therapist to get put back together, go one click and please authors love reviews big and small so show some love.
So my brain is fuggled this morning, I stayed up way, way, way past bedtime to finish this book....so yeah school run was a bitch! There are so many WTF moments in this book, where you scream at your kindle "why would you do that?" But there are even more hot, loving, gentle moments that melt you. I think that is why it's so hard to deal with some things that occur.
I will hold my hand up and say I'm team Brax.....hot dayum! Sasha made some seriously questionable choices, but let's face it she didn't exactly have a positive role model, ever, in her life. She was pretty well rounded until she's put in a hot man sandwich....I mean come on who could choose between three hot men!
There is one thing that happens in the book and it was horrible to read and I'm praying TL gives the guy his HEA, I'd love to see him move forward from it.
Reviews are not my thing, I don't like to give things away, so I know most of it is a bit cryptic but honestly you need to experience the torture of emotions this book evokes!
I am a sucker for a happily ever after story, however, *spoiler alert* there's none in this book. Just after halfway into the book I had a feeling that it would end the way it did but I was still hoping I was wrong. Alas...
YOU KNOW, WHEN YOU HAVE READ A FABULOUS STROY WHEN WEEKS AFTER YOU HAVE READ IT YOU ARE STILL THINKING ABOUT IT, STILL GETTING GOOSEBUMPS THINKING ABOUT IT AND STILL GET CHOKED UP ABOUT IT!!

Sasha isn't looking for love but it is looking for her. Dylan the good doctor wants her, and then you have the tattooed bad boy who makes her heart race. Throw in a sexy musician named Brax and what do you have? Sasha's Dilemma.
At first reading the story from Sasha's point of view with her factual bare-bones style was hard for me but I quickly fell in love with Josh and even grudgingly come to love Sasha once I was able to understand her personality a little better. I think she overreacted just a bit about Lola and Josh though. Yes they should have told her, but she is the same person who screwed Dylan and then right afterwords goes on a date with Josh. Josh is just the perfect man! Hes sexy, sweet, and is a bit of an alpha male. The side story's were nice too. I look forward to seeing more of Lola and Blake
I was told right from the beginning that this is not a HEA story. What I didn't expect though was to have my heart ripped out, tore to pieces, stomped on, and then left in the gutter. It was bad enough the first time but the second time left me crying, and not the grab a tissue that's so sad crying but the kind that's ugly with swollen eyes and snot.
This was a great story that had my emotions all over the place. I smiled, laughed, and of course cried. The only tiny issue I had with this book was the beginning. It just seemed a little out of place, however, I think that once we get to hear Lola's story it will fit better because she seems to be the one most affected by there past.
****This was an ARC I received in exchange for an honest review****
Loved this book by T.L. Smith, it has a bit of everything ...
Sasha’s Dilemma by T.L. Smith is not your average romance, there’s no happy ever after and I have to admit I really like my happy ever after, but it did not in any way detract from my love for this book.
Sasha Adams is a lucky girl, she has three very gorgeous men after her, Dylan (the doctor), Josh (the tattooed playboy) and Brax (the rock god). Sasha was not looking for love, but it certainly found her and hence as the book is named, so begins Sasha’s Dilemma. The men in this story are all gorgeous, but I really had a soft spot for Josh, he loves her and she definitely loves him. This story reeled me in and kept me interested and turning pages.
The good part about this book was that I was told right from the start that this book was not a happy ever after and it prepared me for the ending. However, I did have my heart torn apart and my emotions were shredded. The ending is heart wrenching and tragic and it makes for a book that felt like real life and not just another story. This book was refreshingly good and I am looking forward to the next in the series, and other books from this author.
This book was a five star read for me, I thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it.

It's right there in the synopsis. This is not a HEA, what the author doesn't tell you is she is going to rip your heart out stomp on it and give it back broken. You will love, hate, cry, get frustrated with this drama filled emotional roller coaster of a book.
Sasha Adams isn't looking for love, she doesn't want it or really believe in it. Why would she want it when all it does is cause pain and complicates things but love is looking for her! Sasha and her sister Lola stick together, it's them against the world always has been with the exception of their best friend Brit. Their bond is so special, it’s a beautiful relationship.
Three men come into Sasha's life Dylan the sexy doctor, Josh the cocky alpha male tattooist and Brax, the rock star (Swoon, this guy had me cheering for him from the start -Kayla). One of these men will capture Sasha's heart and open her up to love. Once she has everything she has never wanted life takes a huge twist.
The ending left me (Kristy) in tears, thanks TL Smith NOT. We are looking forward to the next instalment and hoping TL will repair Kristy's heart.
I went back and forth several times over what to rate this book, I couldn't make my mind up between 3 or 4 stars. But after thinking on it a while I've settled on 4 stars.
The story was engaging and the love interests made for great reading. However I did have some issues with Sasha, the main character and narrator. Sometimes I would sympathise with the situations she found herself in but sometimes I wanted to slap some sense into her when I felt she was making really bad choices.
I was sucked into this story, I felt a lot of the emotions along with the characters, particularly frustration with Sasha and sympathy for Josh.
There are a few spelling and grammatical errors in this book which did lose it a star when rating. The reason I almost went for a 3 star rating was the ending, it's very tragic and not at all a happily ever after. However on reflection I realised that in the blurb for the book it does warn that this is not a happy ending tale, and I concluded that actually it was true to life. Although heart-wrenching and tragic, these things do happen in reality.
Well first off it says in the blurb it's not a HEA. Well it's true. When Sasha was growing up she saw what love did with her mum so she vowed never to fall in love. So Sasha becomes closed off...then 3 handsome men come along and turn her world upside down and bring out emotions she locked away. Well this book will bring out the intense emotions out of you. It will make you want to chuck the book against a wall....then pick it up to read again because you want to know what happens next then chuck it again. It will make you cry not just once but a few times...so carry tissues. And then you get to the ending and you want to scream. It leaves it on a big cliffhanger that makes you want the second book right that second. So if you want a book with all these emotions and a up and down roller coaster ride then this book is for you.
Sasha's Dilemma was a truly challenging read. Not because of any weakness, simply because the author pushes her characters in so many directions that I was left torn, confused, amazed and heart broken.
It's a fabulous read, one that pushes the boundaries of the struggles of a relationship and feeling divided in love. The author, T.L Smith, handles this drama and the complexities that go with it, superbly well.
I bought into Sasha's story and was able to understand her psyche and dilemma, so much so, it made for a wonderful and truly different read. This is no ordinary love story. As such, I think I loved it more because of it.
What can i say about this book without giving so much away ... oh, i know!!! I LOVED IT!! .. that Sasha is one lucky lady.. This books was refreshing to me as it more or less felt real like it would happen and does happen .. I know books are not meant to be real.. This book just captured me from the start to the finish.. It can get a bit emotional but without going into spoilers i can't really tell you .. You will just have to pick up this book and read it for yourself .. I can't wait to read the next book and i can't wait to see what happens next ..

I have never been so tore up about a book that I actually had to take a couple days off from reading or even talking about it. The emotions in this book are just beautiful and horrible all in one. I don't want to give alot away but all I can really say is man I can't wait for book 2 and this time im coming prepared with a blanket and a crap load of tissues!!
Wow this book made me cry. Loved it! I loved how she didn't want to fall in love because she didn't want to end up like her mother but then she does fall in love and gets hurt. The twists and turns are awesome in this book and you can't tell where the author is going next. The story was so heart wrenching for me. He continued to take care of her even when he wasn't around because that's how much he loved her. I would definitely recommend this book to other readers just be ready to cry. Loved this story T.L. Smith!
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
Wow, can't help but love Sasha from the beginning...nothing has been easy for her & she's been thru a lot. But wow, this book was a roller coaster of emotions...the ending broke my heart & I went they a box of Kleenex. Now I learn there's a second book to this story so am anxious to finish the series. I really hope Sasha has a happy ending...poor girl.
I loved it, I hated it ,I laughed and I cried but most of all I ant to know where we go from here. If you are after a HEA book then this is not for you but if you want real emotions, real problems and real people then definitely give this a whirl.
I loved Sasha's Dilemma. Had me excited for her, sad, angry, happy. Made me laugh and made close to tears. Can not wait for the next instalment to the Dilemma series from TL Smith x
This story..i loved the main character Sasha, and the coming and goings in her life..her instant attraction to Josh, hot bad boy manwhore! She has some decisions to make and she makes her choice..but it's not all plain sailing..I give this book 5 awesomely amazing stars *****
This is not a HEA - well this is the first line of the synopsis So I guess I was prepared to be bawling at some point in the book, But Ms Smith actually had me thinking that there was going to be a silver lining at one point... but by the end that hope was mercilessly stamped upon!!! Silly me...
The book is told in Sasha's POV and sometimes you want to shake her, and other times you want to give her a big arse hug, and dry her tears... She's had a rough upbringing and she doesn't believe in HEA or Love. The only person Sasha ever trusted and loved was her sister Lola, but even the love of a sister can be tested.
And Love does sneak up on her none the less, and this story is about her learning to accept and deal with the consequences of that love. Sasha meets 3 hot blokes who somehow worm their way into her heart.
Theres: Dylan, the doctor, had his head screwed on tight, Sweet, Charming and Sexy as sin. Josh, well, he was a tattooed sex machine playboy. (OH MY...My favourite of them all, I was always #TeamJosh. I have a thing for Tattooed Muscled up men!) Then there was Brax, the rock star.
I think Sasha was honest with the 3 guys that sneak past her walls, but when she decides which one she will give her heart to, its not plain sailing to a HEA (which is usually the case in most scenarios), so If you are wanting a story that is more true to life than a fairy tale romance, you will enjoy this book.
This book was Ms. Smith's Debut Novel and I have read all of her Take Over Series which I love. I read this in one hit, I couldn't put it down, I preferred the second half of the book, the tension and emotion really had me glued to my Kindle.
I look forward to the second part of Sasha's story, and in the meantime I have Adam's Heaven to read... I wonder how many boxes of tissues I will need for that one!
I received a complimentary copy of Sasha’s Dilemma for an honest review.
I read the first line – this is not an HEA! - and knew that I would need to remind myself of this throughout the book. Therefore, I felt somewhat prepared for the outcome. I love love love reading book from authors in other countries – the slang and wording always grabs my attention and T.L. Smith was able to do that.
Sasha doesn’t love – she saw her mother wanting to be loved by too many men that she was turned off. I honestly did not like Sasha throughout most of this book – I felt she was a whiny, selfish girl. Did my perspective change during the book? No. I did, however, respect her and some of her choices.
Sasha’s dilemma is that too many men want her attention. Not a bad problem to have, right? Dylan is an absolute sweet, good-hearted man – he is the safe guy. Brax is a musician, totally hot. I hope to hear more about him in the future. Josh – he is a tattoo artist. Yeah, he’s a hottie too. Which one does she choose? You’ll need to read to find out!
Parts of this book ran together for me and I caught myself needing to reread the paragraphs. It would skip to another “subject” without leading me into it. I would have loved for T.L. Smith to slow the pace down on some of the storylines so that they could have been told in more depth and completion. Another part was completely unrealistic, and threw me so far down into a loop I wasn’t sure what just happened. I couldn’t let this go and had a difficult time focusing on the remainder of the book.
Rating this book on the storyline alone – 3.5 Stars.
Wow, this book was amazing. After seeing what her mother was like Sasha made a vow to never love. She had that fear that she would end up like her mother and didn't want to. Sasha grew up and had met two great guys, and had to make the choice between the safe one or the one who she's doesn't believe is too safe. She chooses the one she doesn't feel is too safe, and later learns about something hidden and she can't get over it. Not then anyway, so she leaves and tries to start over. Will she ever get back with him or hook up with the other guy? I can't tell you, you need to read it to find out. I was very surprised at the ending. It was heartbreaking to say the least, I would have never guessed that was going to happen though I did get that feeling but didn't quite get it until I read it. This is a wonderful book about learning to love after witnessing lust without ever seeing true love. But when you fall in love it is beautiful and so worth it. Which Sasha learns. I can't wait to see what happens to her in the next book. Great story! Thank you for sharing with me!
I was given this book by the author in return for an honest review.
This is not a happily ever after story. It will make you cry and make you curse. But it is an awesome book and well worth reading.
It is a fast paced book that moves in a bit of a whirlwind. The characters are well written and loveable. Sasha is indecisive at times but eventually follows her heart in the end.
I just really need to warn you again it's not a HEA book, so don't read if you absolutely at all costs need the HEA. If you can handle them not all ending in a HEA you should definitely pick this book up
Sasha Adams is a girl with a plan, she doesn't want love. Love only complicates things, but we all know we don't always get what we want. I enjoyed following Sasha on her journey of life, love friendship and pain. This book will make you laugh, scream and cry as Sasha truly gets herself into a dilemma, she has to make some hard choices and ultimately takes a chance but things don't go the way she want's.
You can't help but to fall for Josh at least a little bit even if you want to smack him at times. But the sisters really get on my last nerve. Sasha and her sister come off as spoiled whining bitches. I know it's because their mother was a shining example of how to react in society but come on. I was only about 25 pages in when I wanted to strangle them. I predicted the so called big plot twists from a mile away. Ugh not even satisfied that I stuck it out and finished reading it.
