This book is for you , if you're:
1- Running you own business and you don't have the luxury to hire HR person.
2-Get promoted recently to a managerial position .
3- You are running a team of diverse characters and you find difficulties in guiding them.
Very helpful book especially the part about different types of characters and how to manage their attitude to what is best for the business, you can't fire who doesn't get along if he is talented yet at a certain Point you have to tame him and use carrot and stick theory.

What this book does really well is addressed different types of challenging personalities and offered practical tips for conflict resolution when dealing with a variety of people. Othet than that, nothing was mind blowing. As another reviewer has mentioned, alot of what this book consist of is common sense and it will help reinforce mangement role confidence.

Like many of these kinds of books, a lot of this is common sense, but I liked the way it tacked different types of problematic people, and the suggestions for helping them.
