When I first met my grumpy alien prince, it was only supposed to be a fling.
Now, feelings are in the mix, and I don’t know if we can handle it.

Dex, an alien prince who is a bit of a grump but sexy at the same time. I don’t know how I was with him, how we meshed, but I loved it.
As we get to realize the feelings are still there, I just don’t know what to do.
I don’t know if I want to try again at the risk of getting hurt.
But everything is screaming on the inside that being with Dex will make my happily ever after coming true.

VANESSA's two younger sisters have gotten mated and married. She is still single. She is beginning to not believe she'll have a relationship. Too much has gone on in her life so she figures she'll stay single.
DEX is a friend of her sister's husband and he is going to the party they are throwing. His friend wants him to settle down and be happy and not grumpy. At the party he sees Vanessa. He has wanted her but he was stupid when they were together. Now he doesn't see a way to be with her until...some human male won't leave her alone and he steps in. At that point Vanessa tells him that they need to talk about what they want. That's when he admits he's always loved her. What will she do? Will she accept him? Will they have the talk?
A short lovely story on second chances and what can be done with them.

This was another quick and easy read about two people that want to be together but are to scared to admit there feels for each other and end up going there separate ways but now at at her sisters party they see each other again but when a human male wont leave her alone Dex steps in and Vanessa tells him they need to talk and when they do they finally admit there feelings to each other. Another enjoyable read.

Dex and Vanessa’s story. Dex and Vanessa had a brief relationship once, but neither confessed their feelings, when they see eachother again, they start another relationship, but when Vanessa's mother nosey in, they stand up for each other and their feelings of love.
