As a yoga, mindfulness and meditation teacher, I found this book to be full of techniques to build mindfulness in all areas and stages of life. Dr. Wong explains the science of mindfulness in an understandable and digestible way. I will continue to come back to this book for my teaching and my own mindfulness practice.

Good read with tips on mindfulness, but I was hoping for more info on the actual neuroscience behind it based on the book title versus just tips and tricks for different mindfulness practices. Still useful tips that I will use- just not what I was expecting out of the book.
