Pria Romano’s place of safety and comfort is at home with her fur babies. For this shy introvert, living alone at her late grandparents home is her definition of contentment. But when items start going missing and letters start appearing, she realizes she's not as alone as she thought. Someone has been slipping in and out of her house unnoticed, toying with her. A stalker who wants her to play his game. As the letters become more disturbing, Pria has no choice but to play along. But with every move she makes, she falls deeper into the web of her stalker's obsession. Can she outsmart a predator who knows her every move?
This novella features Pria Romano, an introvert who enjoys nothing more than spending time with her fur babies. She inherits her grandparents house after their untimely death. One day objects start going missing around the house & green envelopes start appearing. Pria is not alone in this house. Her stalker, the man who has been sending her letters & stealing objects from her house wants her to play along with his games. Intrigued by her stalker, Pria plays along with him & even includes some games of her own.
If you loved Haunting Adeline then this novella is for you. Little Snowflake is fast paced dark romance by Esme Lennon. I loved reading this as it wasn’t too long. It’s perfect for slow readers or those who want a quick read. I was consistently excited to find out what was happening next in this book & was hooked from the beginning. My favourite scene was when Tristan (the stalker) entered Pria’s house after she was taunting him. He turns off all the lights & comes up behind her. This is the first time they are properly in each other presence.

Oh ho ho ho Facebook book group *waggin my finger at you* I'm not an arc reader so you know imma be honest as fuck right? And its just an opinion so you can love this book and I can hate it and we can all still sing a Taylor swift song (but not that folksy woodchuck one cuz ew. No) and be happy okur? But you're just blowing smoke up peoples ass if you tell.them this is good 😂😂😂😂✌
You got me again! You know my weakness is a good dark stalker book and I fell for it didn't i?! 😬😬😬😳 I love stalking books. Love them. When the guy is so obsessed with the girl that he wants to be where she is at all times, watching her to make sure they know where she is and what's shes doing and who she's with? I love these books and will eat them up like Costco premium vanilla icecream okur? This guy.....should be in jail in fiction and in real life 😬😐
She's a homebody editor who likes romance and fantasy books. she's told by her bestie that she is afraid of her own shadow.
When her grandparents died, she was overcome with grief, and HS grandparents sold her grandparents the house she now lives in. that's how H meets the h. He was obsessed at first sight.
.....so he starts leaving feathers around her house and takes her lipstick and things. Her dog likes him and shes scared at first. Ok, I liked the beginning part.
.....then we get to 70% ish and SHE STILL DOESN'T KNOW WHO HE IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
😬😬😬😬😬😬😬 what the fuck? Ahe doesn't know his name, what he looks like, nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦
She is apparently Super Mario Luigi scared, but she doesn't mind having a blindfold on and fucking a guy that she's never seen or know. 😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐😐
People who say this is like haunting adeline...........no. No no no no fucking no. Just cuz you also have the H say "if he touches you, ill slice off his hands and send the. to you" doesn't make this like haunting adeline okur? That's just saying stuff they say in every dark romance book 🤷 Fuck off with that mess. The difference between these two books is that haunting Adeline had the h fucking that guy and daddy Zade actually DID send her his hands and THIS BOOK, she had a strictly platonic guy friend come over and he did shit. Nothing. He did nada. And anyhoo, he's a realtor guy that's all of a sudden going to cut hands off and shit? No. Please. He sells houses. C'mon now. To quote judge Judy "DON'T PEE ON MY LEG AND TELL ME ITS RAINING!"
She does some Google fu after being invited to their fundraiser party thing and knows there are two brothers that could be him.
People..... She doesn't know til about 85% of this book who he is. He doesnt talk to her, she doesn't know his name, his face, nothing. But then they're fucking like rabbits because she's shy in the streets but a freak in the sheets? Sigh.
Fucking aaaaaaaaaaa!
don't let those arc readers do a disservice to you by saying this is more than it is. They don't even really meet til about 60% of the book. What da fucccckkkkk. if you WANT them to never meet til the end of the book, then ok, that might get a five star 😳🤷 who knows.....
For me, it's a no star. I'm sorry I spent time on this book.

For fans of Haunting Adeline, you will enjoy this dark, stalker romance. It's fast paced, very spicy, and has a morally grey MMC. I read this in one sitting and let's just say 🥵
'We all have darkness inside of us. We just bring out the best kind of darkness in each other'.
𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀 Pria Romano is an introvert, she likes staying indoors reading (same), but doesn't feel the most comfortable going out in social situations. When she starts finding white feathers in her house, she thinks her pets have brought them in.. but when she starts getting handwritten letters around her home, she knows its not her pets leaving these around.
As the letters continue, Pria decides to play along with this dark game - with the aim to draw out the stalker that calls her 'little snowflake'.
𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 This was a short, fast paced read that effortlessly flowed. I loved the dual POV of Pria and her stalker - getting inside their minds, and seeing how their brains tick.
But let's talk about the spice, this was steamaay - even though this is a dark stalker romance, Pria and her stalker had such a good connection and got each other. When Pria started to play along, it was more like a game of cat and mouse and I was intrigued to see if the stalker would give in to temptation.
'But I know I need to see him again. Even if it's the worst decision I ever make'.
Thank you so much to Esme for this copy, this review is voluntary.
Pria Romano, an introvert who likes romance and fantasy books, her home and her fur babies. She has occasional outings with her best friend, but when her anxiety kicks in she likes to return back to her books, house and fur babies. One day, Pria notices small things in her house, like a feather being left and envelopes with letters in. Quickly, she realises she is no longer alone and is being watched. Pria starts to play a game with her stalker and decides to see if she can lure him out of the dark and remove the mask and the blindfold so she can see who he is.
I loved loved loved this book, which I found odd given I hate the stalker troupe of romance books. But the way Esme wrote this novella had be hooked. This novella was a quick, spicy little read. The story followed well and I enjoyed the different POVs given by the characters.
This book doesn't need a huge background into the characters, because you learn this about them as you go through the story. I also found, Esme didn't make the stalking disturbing (crazy thing to say I know!) but it didn't make me uneasy and it wasn't it felt like a game to just win over the person you love.
Thak you to Esme for providing me with a ARC copy of this book. I really enjoyed it.
I absolutely loved this book. Started and finished in one go, I couldn’t get up to pee😭❤️. Absolute Amazing and I’m definitely going to read more of her books. Tristan and Pria are just erotically beautiful and I loved it!
Another great read this month! DO NOT LET THE CUTE NAME AND COVER TRICK YOU 👀😂 ain't nothing sweet about it...those pages hold nothing but dark shiiii (which always welcomed here 👌🤩)
I felt a huge connection with Pria, in so many ways. And Tristan...man...he's 😩🥵 come stalk me anyday man, anyday!!
And the age gap...so perfect!! They're just made for each other!!!
My only issue here is that it was a novella (lmao ik ik, but I wanted to be longer!! I wanted to see more in depth. It is a novella...soooo), which also means the end felt rushed. Again, not a huge issue because it's a novella, but I really do love the characters, I wanted to see moreee.
Tropes: □ Forbidden □ Stalker □ Age gap □ Grumpy x sunshine □ Boy obsessed
Thank you to Esme Lennon for sending me a arc copy of her book.
This was such a cute and fun read. Whilst the start was a bit slower than I would typically prefer, the book picked up pace very quickly and got very intense. I loved Pria and Tristan’s dynamic and the spice was really good. This was my first stalker romance and a great introduction to the sub genre.
Pria Romano, an introvert who likes her books, home and fur babies spends her time alone at home. She occasionally does the social outing with her best friend but as soon as things start to get uncomfortable, she runs back to the comfort of her home. One day, she notices things start going missing in her house and in their place a feather is left behind. She thinks she is imagining things until the feathers start getting replaced by green envelopes with letters inside. She soon realizes, she hasnt been alone as she thought she was. There is someone else that knows every little thing about her. In order to prove to herself that she is strong,Pria decides to play the little game with her stalker.
This novella was such a quick, intriguing and spicy little read. Despite the trigger warnings provided, stalking being one of them, I decided to dig into this, even though the stalking concept made me feel a bit of unease. I am glad I read it. I was intrigued from the moment I started and I just needed to know how this would end. When you read this, think about it in this way….. you are reading a moment in these characters lives and you are just exploring that specific moment and seeing the continuation and culmination of it. I liked how Esme wrote this in a way that it does not make you feel like you need all this background dump in order to follow up and understand whats happening. It just flowed so effortless and easy. I quite enjoyed it and I am glad I did not get freaked out with the idea of some stalking going around, because there was so much more to it.
Thanks to Ms. Esme for providing me with a copy of this ARC for my enjoyment.

3.5 ✨
First of all, I wanted to thank the writer for the opportunity to read her book before its release.
I think that because it was a first impact with dark romance, it didn't completely conquer me. This is because everything that happens in this book are red flags that I would never say "yes" in real life and that made me a little confused.
Despite that, it's still a good book with a good story. I really liked the romance part, but mainly the mystery surrounding the protagonist when trying to figure out who her stalker was.
It has a lot of romance and as the book is even small, it is a perfect book to be read in a day or an afternoon.
I thought that having parts in another language in the middle could be a little confusing for some people who don't know the language (in my case there was no big problem because it was Portuguese).
I wish I could read more about this couple or even know the story of Tristan's brother!
Despite not being used to this type of dark romance, I recommend that you read it so you can give your opinion.
before we get into the review, i want to thank @esmelennon.author for sending me an arc copy of her book🤍
in this book we follow pria, a shy, introverted girl who is more than happy to stay at home with her fur babies, grab a book from her home library, snuggle up on the couch & read. she prefers the company of her fur babies over anyone, apart from her bestfriend savannah of course.
but what happens when things suddenly start disappearing from her home, her safe place? when mysterious letters begin replacing the items that are missing? she begins to realise that maybe her home isn't as safe as she thought it was. after all, someone has been coming in & out of her house undetected. a stalker who has eyes on her 24/7...
GUYS GUYS GUYS!!! this book was amazing!!!! this was a quick, short yet extremely intriguing book. it had me hooked from the first chapter!! this dark, stalker romance has become my new obsession🤭
oh my god, im obsessed with tristan& (does that say a lot about me?? yes. yes it does🫣) if you're looking for a book with a extremely morally grey MMC, look no further. tristan is the literal definition of morally grey. the man does extremely concerning things but i love him😂
honestly, ¡ could so read more of them!!! i really enjoyed pria & tristan together, i think they're PERFECT for each other. the way tristan takes care of every tiny detail when it comes to pria??? ugh i need more!!🥹
If you are looking for a short (under 200 pages) dark romance book to get you out of a slump, or introduce you to the genre, then Little Snowflake it perfect for you!
The story follows Pria, a self proclaimed introvert who loves nothing more than to sit at home with her fur babies and a good book. This is until she becomes the obsession of MMC Tristan who begins to stalk her; leaving her notes and always watching.. she should be scared, but she isn’t. As the story progresses, Tristan helps Pria love and feel confident with her desires and kinks. The chemistry between the two characters for the length of the book is absolutely fantastic and I was glued to my kindle reading this.
It’s a short novella, so there’s an understanding that the plot is fast paced and superficial at times. There isn’t much world building, rather the book jumps straight into story plot which I think worked for this length book. The author was still able to include some background information on the characters to make them likeable, and as a reader want to route for them to be together. There’s no third part break up/turmoil due to the shortness which I personally enjoyed as you just got more of them together (and lots of spice🌶️).
This was a really enjoyable short novella! Perfect for anyone who doesn’t enjoy long books, reads slow and wants to dip into dark romance!
Thank you Esme for sending me an Arc copy of the book x
‘Pria Romano’s place of safety and comfort is at home with her fur babies. For this shy introvert, living alone at her late grandparents home is her definition of contentment. Little snowflake is Esme Lennon’s debut book. This book comes with trigger warnings so I would defo look at that before giving this book a read.
I have to say that I was unsure of this book at first but quickly fell in love with Pria’s character and loved seeing her progression. I’m not sure how I felt about the stalker storyline at first but I feel like the author does a great job at letting the readers get to know the characters that it doesn’t feel too weird as you get further into the book.
The only thing I can say about this book is that personally, I wanted more pages from it with it only being 176 pages long but the ending to the book was everything and I think Esme has done a great job at writing a slightly dark, slightly smutty book. And it’s only because of how short the book was that I gave it 4 stars.
I’m not into the dark romance sort of book or even ones with stalker storylines but this didn’t feel too dark or triggering.
Overall, I think this was such a good book and I would definitely read this again.
What to expect: *Forbidden love *Stalker *Age gap *Boy obsessed *Opposites attract *Grumpy/sunshine
“That’s the thing about obsession; it grows when the want is out of reach. I watch her. Think about her. I even dream about her. I’m not going to settle until I have her.”
HELLO!!! Where do I even begin because I don’t think anyone understands how much I love novellas. ESPECIALLY when they’re fast paced and give me a rush like this book did. The build up was so good. This was my first stalker romance and I enjoyed it very much.
Pria’s home which as mentioned in the book is her save haven and when she notices that fake feathers are being left behind and things are missing from her home she starts to feel uneasy. She chooses to ignore that and assumes it’s her pets because if she thinks otherwise her home no longer remains her safe haven.
I find the beginning of the story so intriguing because it pulls you in and starts to build up tension from there. I really love how different Tristan and Pria are in regard to what they enjoy doing, yet at the same time they’re similar. As individual characters I loved them and together I loved them even more. This was such a great quick read and I cannot wait to read more books by the author.
I really don’t even know where to start, so let me start with saying thank you Esme for this ARC!!!
I loooove a good dark romance and this one definitely did not disappoint. Esme literally put her whole heart in this book and you could definitely feel it while reading it. I started with this a day or two ago and I just arrived at my first vacation destiny and I even finished this book on vacation because it was so damn addictive.
I don’t care what you all say but from the start I have been obsessed with the stalker trope. I don’t know why but it was so good written that if just felt like I was inside of the book going trough it all together with my girly Pria. Pria was an absolute queen trough out this book, no matter what she had been trough she still had so much love for Tristan and it was absolutely adorable to read and please don’t let me get started ok Tristan. This man was absolutely perfection. And yes I knew he was a stalker but this was fiction so let’s not care? He had the perfect dirty side with the perfect mixed sweet mouth that had me swooning.
The letters and the feathers?? The ice ball?? The picnicking?? Pria her dog and cat?? Everything in this book just screamed for my attention and I will forever love this story and give it a little special place🤭
Pria Romano is an introvert who enjoys the company of a good book and her fur babies. She does go out with her friend Savannah but often finds being out uncomfortable and heads home to her library. Pria starts to notice feathers in her house, missing items and then letters appear. Early on, we find out that Pria doesn't like scares or Halloween!!
Tristan De Santo works for his family company but has a side to him that others don't know about. He sets sites on Pria, and he can not turn back.
I liked how quickly we got to know Pria and Tristan and their background stories.
At first, I felt a little uneasy reading this with Tristan being a stalker but as it unfolds and Pria enjoys the frills, I relaxed and enjoyed this read.
I loved the one-liners and odd quotes made me laugh out loud,
"Bucky decides to run down the stairs with as much weight as possible. I swear to God, if he gets me killed I'll come back to haunt him"
"Self-defence isn't exactly something I have a lot of knowledge on, other than aim for the balls, run away and hope for the best"
"Why does everything f**king irritating happen when I'm pi**ed off?"
This was spicy and I could of read more about Pria and Tristan.

I would like to start off by saying this was a very good novella and it read very well. The writing was so spot on, it flowed so nicely and was very professionally written. I was hooked from page one ! I really liked the characters, I thought they were very well written and also very likeable. I also loved that there was no conflict between the main characters which I usually hate in a book. This could be due to it being a novella and a lot shorter than a novel.
This book was very enjoyable but there are some points for consideration. Whilst reading, more so at the start, it reminded me of another well known stalker romance. This will be my third stalker romance I’ve read, the first being the well known duet. The past two I’ve read both follow the same structure as those books. Little Snowflake does have very strong similarities, towards the middle and the end though this story became more of its own which I was grateful for. Secondly, I would have liked them to have met face to face sooner as this is already short and the ending didn’t feel rushed, but I just wanted more !
Overall, this was a very good book & I would recommend this to anyone.
This Novella is based on Pria, an introvert, who prefers spending time indoors over going on in social situations. One day, Pria starts finding small items in her house, such as small feathers and letters, which she quickly realises are the actions of her stalker. Pria decides to play along with these letters with the sole aim of drawing out her stalker. I feel like when writing a novella the most difficult thing for an author to do well is to write the story with enough the detail that the reader is satisfied with the story, as a whole, as well as the ending and I think this author did it perfectly. The story was nicely paced, giving us the perfect amount of information and was written in dual pov, allowing us to feel connected to the characters. I do find the stalker trop can be hit or miss but in this case I feel like it's done perfectly, as the connection between Pria and Tristan felt so natural and the whole stalker situation didn't feel weird to the reader at all! Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone who prefers dark romance and short books which can be read in one sitting. Thank you to author for selecting me as an arc reader
Y'know the phrase short and sweet? This is this book but instead it was short and 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘺.
I absolutely flew through this delightful novella and absolutely loved it! It was a fast paced addictive read that had me gripped throughout the whole book.
I really enjoyed the authors style of writing. Everything flowed so well, it was eerie, suspenseful and witty. I found myself laughing at the inner monologues for both Pria and Tristan and although this was a novella I really felt like I got to know and understand these characters.
This book had me feeling a lil bit nervous and tense (in a good way) at times initially but I thoroughly enjoyed the cat and mouse game between Tristan and Pria. I really liked the angle that Pria was actually enjoying being watched and was able to admit to her wants and desires and that Tristan helped and encouraged her to enjoy them and accept that it wasn't something to be ashamed of.
Also very important side note... the steam was 𝘚𝘛𝘌𝘈𝘔𝘠.
This was a fantastic debut which offered so much and has me already anticipating and excited for her next release!
❄️ Book Review ❄️ Little Snowflake | Esme Lennon | Dark Romance | 4 ⭐️ . . . ❄️ Thoughts ❄️ Woahhhhhh this book is spicy spicy like 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶!!!! If yall are in a reading slump and need a steamy spicy romance that is fast paced and less than 200 pages, then this one is for you 🩵. I finished this in one day and in one sitting 😳. The spice scenes got me sweatingggg and the background information the book provides you is enough for you to understand the book which I liked! There is TW associates with this book such as stalking! The chemistry and tension between Tristan and Pria was kinda scary at first then it turned steamy so fast. This novella was such an enjoyable read! . . . ❄️ Appreciation ❄️ Thank you Esme Lennon for this e-ARC in exchange for an honest review! . . . ❄️ Tags ❄️ #littlesnowflake #esmelennon #indieauthor #indiebooks #debutbook #romancebook #bookrecommendations #bookreview #bookstagrammer #bookstagram #booksta #bookish #darkchanceromance #forbiddenreromance #arc #arcreview
Little Snowflake was a lovely st@lk3r romance in the form of a fulfilling novella that I was able to read in three sessions but honestly could have been done in two!
With a happily ever after, this novella truly sang to my heart as the FMC is a true introverted bookworm loving in her grandparents Victorian style home she inherited and she received strainer clues and messages from this mystery man that first was a total threat, but turned slowly into fascination and utter desire. The small details the author provided regarding smells, colors, outlines and just even the subtle details really made the story deep and meaningful! Highly recommend to anyone who loves a good spicy scene or two and some strong st@lk3r vibes. Plus a small “touch her and you d!3,” scene which was nice and a good exciting turn!
To the author specifically: thank you so much for including 0r@1 in this one!!! This is left out so much or only the girl gets it- to see it equally given and the detail was such a refresher- thank you!
I was lucky enough to be given this book as an ARC and I LOVED it! It was such a fast paced book which kept me engaged throughout, which was much needed after my previous read☺️
This book is so different to anything I’ve read before and I was unsure if it would be my sort of book but it was so good and I really enjoyed it! It was impossible to put it down, I just wanted to keep reading!
I loved Pria’s character and story so much! It was so intense waiting to see what her next move would be & Tristan is something else!🔥🔥 Honestly, this book is hella spicy and a must read!🌶️
Little Snowflake will be released on 4th August and I definitely recommend reading it asap! It is a dark romance, stalker novella with trigger warnings to be aware of being reading‼️
Thank you Esme for allowing me to read this book before release day! It is much appreciated and I will definitely look out for more of your books in the future! 😁
I wasn’t sure to post this review at first, but as an ARC I still wanted to talk about what I read.
It was actually short, and an enjoyable reading but as I read, I felt a sensation that it was a little too forced on the “dark romance” side? Sometimes the dialogue was off, and a bit cringe… Some reactions were literally exaggerated. The little surname repetition was too much, so when you read the story, it goes off sometimes because it’s too much like “little snowflake”, “little snowflake”, “little snowflake” and it didn’t feel natural while I read it… I cringe sometimes at the dirty talk I don’t know why, but like I wasn’t vibing with it
I think there’s a devil mobile it got potential on some point with the storyline, the plot, the relationship between the two, and even sometimes the spice was good, I would say.
Overall, I would say that this story wasn’t made for me but if you like like “Haunting Adaline” stalking dark romance and all, this is for you.
firstly, thank you to esme for allowing me to read this book before its publish date!
secondly, wow wow wow!! when i started this book, it took some time to fully invest into the story. i found it a little slow and took breaks to digest the new world-building.
however, i was really engaged with tristan and pria’s relationship and i LOVED their dynamic! i think it was great that tristan encouraged the darkest parts of her and never shamed her for enjoying what he put her through, regardless of how ‘unmoral’ it was.
the spice was great and didn’t feel unnecessary, and for a dark romance i felt like it ticked the boxes!
overall, i thought this book was entertaining and enjoyable!
if u need to get out of ur reading slump and want a short fast paced spicy book, then this is for u 💫
this book is so good and SPICY. i dont read stalker tropes bc im not really into it but this one’s an exception! the story is so good too and i love it sm! i hate slow paced books so to be able to read this one in one sitting is AAAAA❄️💗
pria and tristan, u guys have my heart🥹💗❄️
thank u sm to the author for giving me an arc of this book 💫❄️
Thankyou to the author for this amazing ARC!! This was my first dark romance as well as stalker romance. I was unsure whether I'd enjoy this or not but since the moment I started reading this book I was HOOKED. Such a fast paced read. I loved the writing, the characters and how can you not fall in love with Tristan and Pria! The way I loved every second of this book and gasped at few scenes👀 had me question things about me but who's judging? Not me! If you love dark romance, stalker romance, obsessed mmc - then you'd definitely love this book!
It's not every day that you get mentioned in the acknowledgements, that's why this book deserves 5 stars :)) just kidding! Esme is a new author and this is her debut! It doesn't show, because her writing is amazing! The book is fast-paced/slow burn (if that makes sense) and we can't wait for our morally grey/cinnamon roll boyfriend Tristan to get the girl. Esme, you did great and I can't wait to read your next book! ❤️ P.S. even though the book is described as a dark romance, it's semi-dark if you ask me, more grey :) there was nothing to get triggered by!
This was a fast paced, intriguing and spicy novella that had me hooked from the start.
Pria is shy and an introvert, she loves reading and her fur babies. I loved her character and seeing how she went from that shy girl to that confident woman in the end. She fully embraced every part of her and all of her own darkness.
Tristan is the perfect controlling and dominant stalker. I instantly loved him. His obsession with Pria since the very fist glance itself. His obsession was on a whole different level.
The chemistry between these two was insane, they had such a good connection despite him being her stalker. The steam in this book was next level.
I absolutely love how Esme did not make the stalking disturbing or uneasy to read, the stalker trope was written amazingly. This book did not necessarily need to have a background dump in order to follow up because it just effortlessly flowed.
One thing i absolutely adored was how Trustan helped Pria to embrace and accept her kinks, not being judgemental about what she liked and wanted and always taking care of all her details.
Tropes : - Forbidden Love - Stalker - Age gap(he is 34 and she is 24) - Boy obsessed - Opposites Attract - Grumpy x Sunshine
