Great book

This book is well written and easy to understand. It teaches you how diet can cause inflammation by not giving us the nutrients we need to fuel our body. It has tons of recipes to guide you to a better life style and even a 60 day menu to take out all the guess work. I recommend this book to anyone who wants a better healthier lifestyle and just needs a place to start.

I have had inflammation issues for a few years and have had to go to the doctor for it for awhile now so I figured I would get this book and try it and I’m glad I did. I never knew that there was foods that would cause inflammation but this book has some taste recipes that have helped me start feeling a little better. This book helps with 70 easy to follow recipes that will have you feeling better and cooking healthier.
