I love spiritual books such as devotionals and Bible studies. The Story of Abraham is an 8-Week Bible Study with a neat spiral binding that lays flat or folds back to make notetaking easy.

Each lesson offers steps that are easy to follow. The layout/format is simple, yet the study is much more in-depth than I expected. I’ve learned a lot about Abraham and really appreciate the attention to key words and phrases in the scripture readings.

This Bible study book serves as guide, with prompts that encourage me to dig deeper in God’s Word, and also as a journaling device to record what I’m discovering as I go. I hope there is a long list of books in this Meet Me in the Bible series!

Easy to use with clear instructions in using the OIA method. Some scripture passages were very long so it takes a bit of time to figure out how to "do" the method for the entire passage, but broken up into chunks was more manageable for our small group. It is a good way to lead someone through learning how to study any passage in the bible.

A great Bible study resource.. coil-bound with lots of space for writing. Full text Scripture at the start of each session with discussion questions in the back for digging deeper. I expect to come back to this series to complete other studies.
