Bee (Beitris) arrives in the picturesque village by the loch in the Scottish Highlands near a magnificent castle. An expert knitter, she’s staying in a pretty cottage for the autumn to work on her knitting. She soon becomes involved in the local ladies knitting bee and crafting bee, and shows them how she spins her own yarn.

Romance is flourishing in the village, but Bee isn’t looking for romance as she’ll be leaving soon. But when she meets some of the handsome local men, including a troublesome newcomer, Bee’s world doesn’t follow the pattern she’d planned.

De-ann is also a professional artist, illustrator and designer. Embroidery patterns, fabric design, dressmaking, sewing, knitting and fashion are part of her work.

Additionally, De-ann has always been interested in fitness, and was a fitness and bodybuilding champion, 100 metre runner and mountaineer.
