A fairy tale with spice, but the spice is embarrassed of itself.
I want to say I didn't enjoy this book, but I did.
Touches on the feelings of not belonging, being an outcast only the FMC finds herself wanted and manipulated by multiple who all have secrets of their own.

I loved the multiple POVs and they were easy to follow, including sections thay were going in the past were obviously pointed out.

There was a huge potential in the series but so many things happen, yet nothing happens at the same time.It should have just been re-edited into one 600 page book and call it a stand alone than a triology.

The story has much potential but everything went on soo quickly and if there had been more character's devlopement, ans less useless sex it would have been better. I mean, yeah ,I like it when a book have a fair amount of spice but here it was just .... pointless it just made most of the main character's relationships kinda of superficials. Nothing seemed really important ... it's really a pity cause the ideas of this book were great. maybe if the author works on the execution a little bit more it might became something better!

3.75 ⭐️

I'm not quite sure what happened in the last few chapters. All happened rather quickly.

I prefer multiple povs, but I don't understand why Kayan had one. Unless there's a reason for it in the following books.

I'm struggling to understand the, what seems to be, a sudden sexual connection between Alana and Eldrion.

I get he's a seer so can see why he'd do it, but for her, there wasn't any emotions like that towards him.

That being said, I want to read the next.

This was not what I expected when I started reading, but after a few chapters...I was invested!
The story line is really good and the twists keep coming.
The ending has me questioning so much about what is going to happen.
