This actually felt a little more truer to Jennifer's age for the first time in this series. The first books had her feeling so very young sometimes. But here, as she gets closer to Heidi and starts to understand her attraction to a certain pair of brothers, she starts learning about herself. And she also starts figuring out just who she likes. .
Overall a good story without being overly preachy. Jennifer talks to God throughout, but you feel more like you're listening in as she talks to a friend rather than being given a not so subtle Bible lesson.
