I write for those of you who care about children and teens—whether you’re a parent or a professional working with them.

If you’ve ever wondered how to help a child who is anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling to express themselves, my books offer simple, practical ways to support their emotional wellbeing.

With over 40 years’ experience working with children, teens, and families, I share gentle, effective tools to build confidence, resilience, and better communication—at home, in school, or in your sessions.

My approach draws on NLP and EFT (tapping), explained in a clear, down-to-earth way, so you can start using the ideas straight away.

Above all, my aim is to help you feel more confident in what you’re doing—and to help the children in your care feel calmer, happier, and more understood.

This is a high-level, non-technical survey of the various efforts that constitute market research, and a reference to some aspects of requesting, conducting, and consuming research.

If you are familiar with market research, there's nothing novel here, but if you aren't, it will be a nice, quick overview of what's available.

It lays marketing research out in clear British English which ended up being mildly entertaining.
