As VP of the Royal Bastards MC Tijuana chapter, I’ve defended my prez against the shady dealings of the cartel. We worked our asses off, brought a beat-to-shit strip club to life, then added cage fighting to our list of moneymakers. I can finally kick back and enjoy some downtime.

Blood and Maxine
Blood is the VP of the RBMC in Tijuana and Maxine is a cage fighter. She is definitely no wilting flower; this woman is intense. This is the type of woman who grabs Blood’s eye. I loved reading about their connection filled with plenty of steam. Maxine’s secrets are about to be exposed. To what extent is Blood willing to go? I am a fan of this author’s work and I cannot wait to see what she has in store next for this series.

SAVING BLOOD is the second instalment in Barbara Nolan’s contemporary, adult RBMC: Tijuana MX erotic, MC romance series, set in the multi-authored RBMC series. This is cage fighter Chastity ‘Maxine’ Parker, and RBMC: Tijuana MX vice president Blood Collins’ story line. SAVING BLOOD can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. I've enjoyed reading all the various chapters of the RBMC world penned by some incredible authors and this second book in the Tijuana chapter is no different.

When he sees a chance to bring in more money into the club by introducing women fighters to the cage, his axis tilts when Chastity aka Maxine, steps onto the mat.
While Maxine is thrilled at being one of the chosen fighters, she hides an ulterior motive. Though she's fierce and strong, she has also survived darkness. The intense chemistry and delicious dirty talk that sizzles between these two is sinful. Somehow, they each get caught up in secrets and lies, betrayals and tribulations.

Years of planning to escape her homelife, led to finally taking a chance and running. Her and her friend knew they would find the life that they wanted and never have to return to the strict rules and demands of her parents. One night of giving into temptation leads her down a path she never would have chosen. She left one nightmare to only be forced into another. He was the VP of the RBMC Tijuana chapter. He was good at his job, took care of his responsibilities, kept his Pres in line so they didn't have to feel the wrath of their National President, again. Once was more than enough. He never saw her coming, the beautiful fighter. She was talented. Knew how to fight and she caught his attention. When secret agendas come to light, when secrets are unhidden and truths are revealed, things get ugly. Fighting for your freedom is worth anything, giving up everything to have a chance of freedom is worth it all, or is it! you'll be on the edge of your seat. You're going to swoon, cry, get angry, cheer and melt! Definitely can't put this book down.

Blood, VP of the Royal Bastards MC Tijuana, MX Chapter has always thought himself to be solely a Royal Bastard. Anything or anyone outside of that was never an option.

At least that's his thoughts until Maxine. Maxine is FIERCE! She's Bloods equal in every sense. These two have been through complete and utter hades in their young life and had to do horrific things, but that’s probably why they're so perfect together. They understand each other in a way no one else can.

Two very broken souls found their way to each other and healing. Chastity/Maxine wanted out of her situation and was willing to do what she could to do just that. Maxine was a superb fighter which brought her into Blood's life. Blood was hurt by his past, but as the two got to know each other, he realized there were worst things. I loved his protectiveness, his kindness to others which he tried to downplay, and his willingness to trust. With a kick in the pants, he went for the light in his world. Loved this story.

I really enjoyed the read. I started but about 6 chapters in decided to see if there was a book before this one as I just felt like I was missing something....there was so I read that before continuing with Saving Blood. I do believe that you can read this as a standalone though.
The story was well thought out and well delivered. The character development and the smut were on point! I did feel that both books in this series were very similar which did make it feel a little samey but didn't take anything away from reading. Can't wait to read more from this author.

Survival
Surviving what life throws at you can be the hardest thing to live through. Knowing your past has so many tormenting images running through your head and then trying to overcome that can make life seem unreal for some.
I love the story between Bl00d and Maxine. The way that they were brought together makes for an interesting relationship.
I loved the banter between all the brothers and the way that Maxine was with Bl00d. This made the book hard to put down.

Second book blood book.
This second book in the Tijuana chapter. It full of spice and action. You have betrayal and lies and secrets. This story will keep you on edge if your seat you won't be able to put it down.
Blood is the vp and running the fighting club when he bring in woman to fight. He meets Maxine but she hiding something from him but her sassy and beautiful soul is pulling him in and not letting go.
Cant wait to read the next one.

Absolutely loved this book! I am a huge fan girl of Barbara. I love how she presents her characters. The female's are so sassy and so strong, needed to keep those men in line lol. Was good to read about female fighters, Maxi is definitely one of a kind. Looking forward to reading more from this chapter MC! Love Blade, although there were moments when I wanted to just trip him. Another great read for me!

Maxi has a crap life growing up and it doesn’t get much better when she runs away from home. She ends up mixed up with the cartel but she catches the eye of one very hot VP of the Royal Bastards MC and then the story gets even better. It’s filled with dirty talk and a lot of great, amazing, awesome spicy scenes.

Blood and his pres had been a bad boys, they got sent to Tijuana. Set up shop, plus cage fighting. Here comes Maxine who is a fighter. She always wins. I am not giving no more hints on this story. This is a must read.

This is the second book in the Royal Bastards MC Tijuana, Mexico series. Blood and Maxine's story is emotional and intense. They have great chemistry and their story is full of spice. I enjoyed it

Great start but the ending becomes less. Everything comes together too quickly and wrapped up nicely. I loved Blood and his gruff exterior. Maxine was perfectly tough and not giving 8in easily to Blood.

I'm loving Blood's obsessive ways lol and my heart goes out to Maxine for all she's dealt with in her life. I just wish these books was on unlimited cause I'd go and read Smokes book.
