Between Heaven and Hell 2

Rate this book
A vacation in Scotland sounded nice. Exactly the kind of thing where my girlfriend Jasmine and I could let off some steam after learning the supernatural existed and completing our first mission for a supernatural agency.

But there really is no rest for the wicked.

Along with Breeze, our friendly (and beautiful) warlock companion, Jasmine and I get tagged by a group calling themselves the Family. But I’m not the kind of man to shaft my current employer for a bigger paycheck and a promise to “change the world”. Besides, this Family organization reeks like a do-gooder cult that’s one eclipse away from mass funerals.

Little did I know just how deep their ties run. To heaven and back, some might say.

The last mission was infernal, and this one is looking to be a little higher on the spectrum. But one thing’s for sure – everything I thought I knew about heaven is about to change.

And around we go

These characters are by far the most interesting ones that Dante has come up with. Love their interactions with each other, allies and enemies. The action rocks in this one, not too much dreamy eyes, not too much romance, just a well rounded story. Get the feeling the next one will blow us away, no pun intended.

I read this story until I read that Mr King writes a description of an entatie opposite from the bible or what the bible has to say about the Naphilim. Naphilim were born from the coupling of an angle and a human woman. There are writings and biblical descriptions ,most saying they we're giants among men ,some apparently good and some considered bad . Some writings say they are the offspring of the fallen angels and some of what was written about Naphilim are in books not selected to be in the Bible. Human men did not die and be reborn as Naphi!im. What is written in the bible cannot be taken away or added to

It is a superhero/special agent fantasy novel, so for that it is well written.

The author makes some mistakes with describing weapons, some glaring mistakes. But the thing that annoyed me the most was the repeated and very emphasized error that the ocean between England and New York is the Pacific.

Excellent Series

This is a genre (supernatural heaven and hell, etc) that I haven't ventured prior to this series. I entered reluctantly after reading some favorable reviews. It took me a while to acquire an appreciation, but I am thoroughly engrossed. Looking forward to the next volume.

It should surprise no-one that this author has came up with another fantastic fantasy adventure story!!! This series has it all characters to cheer for and enemies to despise!!! I can't see what awaits them in the next!!!

Good story

This book is different than his other stories. Definitely keeps one interested. The way he combines heaven and he'll into the story is pretty good. Keep up the good work.
