With words of insight and profound vulnerability—Morgan Richard Olivier delves into the mental, spiritual, and emotional barriers that restrain us.
The Freedom of Forward poetry and prose collection awakens readers to the truth that before we can move forward with confidence, inner peace, and a greater appreciation of who we are and the power of our testimony—we must acknowledge and overcome the feelings and footholds that impact our mindset, relationships, and identity.
By addressing the internal obstacles, monologues, and emotions that make forgiving ourselves, others, and the past seem unattainable, Morgan's writings guide us to reframe and release what is hindering us from healing our deepest hurts as we progress in our purpose and indulge in the freedom of letting go.
Read and release pride, people-pleasing, trauma, condemnation, anger, and offense, and uncover and embrace the peace, power, wisdom, and love that dwell in deliverance and development.
This book has truly been a blessing. It has taught & helped me to understand and learn as well as teach myself how to embrace, forgive, and accept all the terrible things that I’ve endured. I am a work in progress, but I am sure I will prevail. I am a survivor, which I hadn’t realized. My best friend’s words have made me realize the strength I have. This author helped me to understand how to process my life’s emotions and challenges and be able to do exactly what her title says: The freedom to move forward. A special thanks to Morgan Richard Olivier and my Best Friend Sandra, who has always had my back and supported me when I was absolutely struggling.
when I first started reading this one I was mentally in a confused /unsure/scared place.I picked it up after reading the tears that taught me , I enjoy these two books more than any other poetry books which says a lot because I’m a big poetry girl.
It took me a long time to work my way through this book for a variety of reasons, but as I’ve gained strength and clarity in my future and happiness I knew I was ready to finish this one , because it felt so off from reality when I first started.
Most times I don’t put anything super mushy on Goodreads but I’m truly thankful that I picked this one up as it felt like someone was holding my hand as I learned how to balance on my feet.
I think anyone would benefit from this book!It do has a Christian undertone which I loved because sometimes that can be hard to find in poetry or in a way that resonates with me but this own rocks it for sure!
I found healing messages in every page! This book helped me overcome some of my past hurts and gave me more clarity in finding the truth in the freedom to more forward 💕 I look forward to reading more books by this author.
I would recommend this book to everyone. This book has brought me so much hope, inspiration, and courage to continue funding happiness and love during this journey.
Not for me, lots of god talk and I’m not religious so it just didn’t resonate with me as much as it would if I was religious. But there was some really good points in it.
