A Cold War leader dead.
A World on the brink.
Secrets ready to explode.

Ill and near the end, Soviet leader Yuri Andropov summons an aide to his deathbed. Hours later, after a visit from a KGB official, Andropov dies.

That day, an Australian consular official from the Moscow embassy goes missing. The Australian embassy can't find them, and the CIA knows nothing. Or so they say.

Andropov held a secret, one that would explode international relations apart and reignite the Cold War if revealed.

Some will kill to hide the secret, others will murder to get it out in the open. Lenny and Lucas must decide who is who, and battle forces inside and out to prevent World War Three.

1984- When the Russian leader dies, his assistant commits suicide, but not before slipping a document to an American working with the Australian Embassy. Now she has gone missing. Lenny Cox is a Marine working with the CIA. Lucas Burke is an Australian spy. Their paths meet again as they come up with a plan to get her out of Russia. It wouldn't be any fun if plan A worked right away. Plans B and C are a lot more risky, which means a lot more action.

Red Sunset is another exciting Lenny and Lucas adventure. AJ takes the reader on a wild ride around Moscow in a Soviet era thriller. A great read.

Book 4 in the series

Lenny and Lucas are assigned to Moscow during the Cold War when the KGB and the politicians were both out of control. A great story.

This book is so good

The story, the paving, the sense of time and place, all of it was spot on. I practically swallowed this book whole.

Read Them All

A.J. Stewart's books never fail to deliver and are excellent reads. You should read all of his books. I have a hard time putting them down.
