Antwan & April

I just love the Collins, they are wonderful, extraordinary people with abundant love. Antwan , the youngest son is a romantic at heart, longing and craving for his own family , and when he met the stunning woman, he knew she was his forever, but April was burned so badly before that she refused to believe he was for real. He tried everything to convince her, but she wouldn’t budge and in the process ending up hurting Antwan badly… and this time he had enough of her rejection. Then , something horrible happened to her and she had no where to turn for help except to go to him for help …

Marcus is sorry excuse for a man … even if he didn’t want the child, he should at least help financially and she reached out for help., his response was disgustingly unforgivable.

BTW, why April didn’t have any pictures of Chloe in her home!? Not even by her bed !?

One man's trash is another man's treasure!

Such was the case between Antwan and April! Antwan the youngest son in a multi-billionaire family of lawyers becomes melancholy watching the happiness his two older brothers enjoy with their beautiful African American wives and children. He drops the numerous relationships going no where and decides to focus on his work! Into the fray struts the stunningly beautiful April an African American COO of a different law firm who attends a charity function bringing her into the sight of Antwan! Like the other men in his family, he knows she is meant to be his and pursues her. She is scarred from childhood trauma and from being used and tossed aside by a partner of the former law firm of her employ leaving her with a child he refuses to have anything to do with! The parents of Antwan and his brothers are surprisingly accepting of the women their sons love and embrace their grandchildren without any reservations! Imagine if the real world was so forward thinking!!! Despite a kidnapping, refusal to help save his daughter by a douchebag, April finds in Antwan and his family what she never had before. After accepting he and his family were the real deal, embraced them and a better future for her and her child! She was carrying Antwan's contribution to the family, a family true to what family is meant to be! I enjoyed Antwan and April's story very much!

I really enjoyed how Katie brought the the Collins brothers love stories together💖💖 I even noticed how they lined up in the series with Alex being #12, Andrew being #28 and now Antwan being #128. Nice🥰🥰 All in all, Katie's stories seem to get better with each chapter in the series!! If you're not a fan yet, you are truly missing out

A new start for love made right.

Antwan was a good man who fell in love with a woman who had a few hang ups, he wanted what his parents and brothers had, but April made very difficult for him because of a past relationship gone bad.

Love Antwan and April

The beginning of Andean and April meeting was
beautiful. I loved how he cared for her. I understood April not wanting to to be hurt again. I wonder about Rachel not much was written about her.

I loved this sweet love story. Antwan was one of my favorites in the early Collins brothers’ books and I knew he was waiting to find his true love and it was great to see the brothers play off each other again and find out what was going on with them and their loves stories. The kids were so sweet, and I was happy little Chloe's prayers were answered in the best possible way-it made me smile. I love the sweet romance stories like this the best in this series and while the heroine April was scarred from a bad love affair and tried to stay away, she learned her lesson quickly and held on to a good man and I like that she was not bitter to the point where she was hateful, and I loved how she refused to let Antwan walk away once she admitted her mistake and fears.
