Liked the first few chapters but now I'm skipping pages cuz the interactions are weird cuz the fmc is being insanely awkward about the whole thing. Honestly idk if ill get past her stupidness but I'm trying to by skipping pages.

Ok I had to stop at page 143. It's just to drawn out and to wishy-washy for me.

There is No Age Limit to Love -
The last thing Meredith expected to happen as she drowned her sorrow over her breakup, was meet an Adonis and engage in a memorable one night stand. Conrad was unable to forget the woman from his one night stand months later, so he was ecstatic to see her again, but what shocked him the most was the way she behaved when they met. Meredith was apprehensive about spending with Conrad, as she wanted to maintain a professional relationship, but the pull towards each other led them to repeat their night together.

Unfortunately, just as Meredith and Conrad their connection, they made a discovery that caused them to part. However, the pull towards each other was too strong to keep their hands off, so they agreed to embark on a secret relationship. Just as they settled into their relationship, their secret was discovered unexpectedly and the repercussions shook them to the core. Luckily, their love for each other gave them the strength to ride the storm and stand strong together for the happiness they both deserved.

This was a brilliantly forbidden romance story, with interesting characters and passionate moments, that had me totally engrossed and unable to take a break until I read the last word. I really enjoyed reading this book and I can’t wait to read more from this amazing author.

Insta-smut that is (sadly ruined by poor writing, juvenile word choices, and inconsistent storytelling. Even the predictable plot points are made worse by instant resolutions. The few good elements (swoon-worthy MMC, kind alpha male who is a strong, sensible, and fair father and businessman) are ruined by ridiculous best friend behavior that is more frenemies than friends and annoying formulaic (think mad libs but not as interesting) descriptions.

Meredith goes to drown her sorrows after a bad breakup, and she meets a sexy stranger. They end up sharing an amazing night together. Neither expected to see the other again but they couldn't forget their night together. Then a former client called to let her know that he referred a friend to her because she knows her business. When she sets up a meeting for Conrad to go over mansions that she had found so far, her former client was there as well. Conrad couldn't believe the woman he couldn't forget was his real estate agent. Meredith tried to keep things professional, but Conrad was put off by how she was acting. Its not long before he gets her to admit to remembering him and things heat up between them. However, just as they are reconnecting her ex comes back into the picture bothering her and she learns that he is Conrad's son which causes some issues between them. Can they admit that they want each other? Or will his son come between them?

This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

Holy SMOKES this book is one HOT romance read that had me drooling over the entire book as well as the man on the cover. I dreamt about this book and was up early so I could keep reading it. When Max broke up with Meredith I wanted to knock some sense into him, but then she met Mr. Hottie. Move forward a few months and Meredith and Conrad see each other again but under different circumstances. Ladies you will NEED to read this book and over and over again because it’s a dream come true. WOW 🤯 its mind blowing HOT.

This is actually a one star read, but I gave an extra star because I was interested enough to finish it. It had the potential to be good, but really missed the mark. I didn't feel anything for any of the characters. Didn't hate them, but didn't like them, either. The main characters were just kind of wooden. There was also an issue throughout the book with not being clear who was speaking. And if your father marries someone, she becomes your stepmother, not an in-law. Geez. Anyway, save your time and read a good book, not this one.

A sweet love story for Conrad and Meredith

The story begins with Max breaking up with Meredith at a restaurant. It was not a nice breakup, a bit selfish move as it blindsided Meredith. A little later Meredith made her way to the bar to drown her sorrows. What she doesn’t realize is that she caught the attention of a tall drink of water named Conrad. He comes over and sweet talks Meredith. Both are single consulting adults who decide to have some fun. What they don’t realize is that they both know Max. There is a happy ending. Read On!

Very Good Age Romance

This is an excellent story depicting so many difficulties in the pursuit of love and romance. Age difference was quickly a minimal difficulty that impacted the immediate bliss these two felt almost immediately. Secrets due to society's hypocrisies greatly complicated this well-written love story! It was so entrancing, that you had to see how the couple fared, good or bad!

Took long to get there but yay for the MCs!!

Dumb ex. Ex's hot dad. What could go wrong? Me ride th and Conrad. They start off hot and heavy (literally night 1) but then it takes FOREVER for them to finally get together officially. Lies, lies, and hiding their togetherness only to get caught in the act. Of course things turn out amazing and they get their HEA. Conrad and Meredith are steamy, steamy, steamy.
