It is a quite good book; It does pretty much exactly what it claims to do on the cover.
For me, this book is overall 3 stars because learning isolated techniques will only help in certain positions. However, if you already have a good general understanding of the middlegame, then this might really help you out. The selection of themes is mostly great. I liked specifically the different approaches how to counter the typical f-pawn advances (e.g. in King's Indian settings) because I struggled against them in practical game situations in the past, despite the engine never giving them much credit.
