Your wedding day is supposed to be the happiest day of your life—until I scent the presence of an unknown fifth mate.
I thought Ashina and I were safe, nestled in the small town with loves I never expected and dreams I didn’t dare to have before.
The decision to marry Alpha Ethan was meant to keep me alive, but when I smell the new mate, I do the only thing I can: I run.
Life has taught the human in me to resist change, so I resist the bond until he has a near death experience that makes me realize how much I love him.
Before I can absorb that knowledge, a new danger looms on our horizon—a group of rogue alphas starts attacking established packs. Even though there’s no clear pattern, I know the truth: Hunter and Roxy are behind this.
War is on the horizon, and it’s all paws on deck.
The time for indecision is over; we stand together or fall one by one.
Even better than Book 1. Grace can shift (yay!) and she has a new mate 😏. What can possibly be better than that? I lovedddd the introduction of Nicolai. Somehow the group feels more cohesive with him and Grace seems more settled?
She’s really come into her own and we see a strong FMC throughout. Can’t wait to see how her story ends.
While I do feel there was more telling than showing, there were enough details/descriptions to make this a thoroughly enjoyable read to get swept away in.
Great continuation of the series. There’s good progress made with the story and the characters. The characters show a lot of growth. Good balance between plot and steam. Overall, this is an enjoyable Omegaverse.
A great continuation of this series. Loved the way the progress is made with the story but also Characters. This series has a good balance between plot en spice/steamy scene. Can't waite for book 3 to arrive!
I really loved that I felt so much focus in this book on the way these characters pulled together to make a family. It’s not all sunshine and roses, and it’s not an easy task, but it’s probably the most important one in their lives. There were also lots of growing pains as Grace and her alphas (and omega) settled into their new responsibilities and powers. Not everyone is happy with how things have worked out, though. Will Grace rise from the ashes of her previous life, or will her enemies, old and new, finally triumph? I was in awe over Grace’s strength and resiliency in this book. And where it left us at the end, makes me almost feral to get my hands on the next installment. I received a complimentary advance copy of this book from the author.
Excuse me for a minute while I’m over here losing my gd noodle over that last chapter!!!
I binged book 1&2 in a day and I do not regret ignoring my adulting for this new series…OMG this series has me obsessed…what’s gonna happen next?!? I feel like the beginning of book 3 is gonna make me bawl like a baby.
There were so many good things about this book that I can’t even decide where to start. I fell in love with Ethan in book one and Nikolai is my new favorite. Why do I like the MMCs that are most likely to go unalive things? I can’t give out too many details without putting spoilers in to the review. But golly gee whiz I am going to be stewing on this series until I get the answers I want and need from book 3! ***insert grabby hands here***
Embraced by the Alpha pack is the second book in the Return To Wolf Creek series. This cannot be read as a standalone and ends in a cliffhanger.
I'm soooo glad this had a summary of book one. It's been a hot minute since I've read it and forgot what happened. But the refresher was just awesome and everything clicked. Grace has had a huge transformation (in many ways) since the first book. Not only that, the relationship and bond between Conrad, Griff, Ethan, Barrett, and the newest man in her life, Nikolai had immensely grown as well. I'm totally hooked! There's still unanswered questions and definitely looking forward to reading the next book!
I’m so glad I made sure to read the summary at the start from the previous book. I thought I remembered what happened previously but I was quickly reminded how much I had forgotten.
This harem pack is slowly growing and I’m obsessed. Seriously ended with who I am assuming will be my favorite member so far.
Our FMC has grown SIGNIFICANTLY from who she was at the beginning of book 1 and I’m here for it. She’s able to protect herself and her family with so much strength it’s beyond anything she was capable of to begin with
I can’t wait to see how the plot continues, I’m not sure how to rate the progress so far without giving spoilers. So I’ll just say, this book isn’t just fluff and spice, there is progress made on resolving the overall conflict in this book.
Also, this book doesn’t end on a huge cliffhanger, unresolved issues, yes but not some crazy stressful situation.
Very fast paced setting where is you skip any thing, you will get confused. Nothing wrong with that, you just have to really pay attention. Please read trigger warnings as some things in this book can be too much for some.
TROPES - Found family -strong FP - Past trauma - Mates - Why Only Choose One - Love at first sight - crazy ex - pregnancy
SPICE 🌶 4/5 ( A lot of 🍋)
Book was alright. I think the first half of the book is good, but then a lot of stuff happens in the second half. Like A LOT. I feel like a lot is happening TOO fast to really enjoy the book. The pacing needs some work done. Other than that, this book was ok 👍
It feels like I've been waiting forever for this book. I try to be patient but when something is that good it's hard to wait. But let me tell you Embraced by the Alpha Pack was worth it.
I love how well Grace has taken to being a wolf and pack life. Sure there are a few bumps in the road with the new harem member but her relationships are great the rest of her life not so much. BS after BS keeps getting thrown the harem's way and Gracie handles it like a boss. Grace is low-key terrifying and I'm not just saying that she's got power, a lot of it. I love seeing her flex and put people in their place.
The harem is doing great I love seeing the bonds change and strengthen. Griff has finally figured things out, thank Gods, and Ethan is just Ethan. Grace matches his intensity and crazy step for step, it's wild but I love it. Plot-wise, a lot was going on. I got a better sense of the wolves' culture, the packs, Elders, laws, and such. Plus the introduction of other shifters was a nice surprise, I have a feeling they might get their own series set in this world. The addition of new relationships, political drama, and rogues made sure the story flew by.
It was over too soon. Embraced by the Alpha Pack was an amazing read. Serenity Rayne must have a great sense of humor because she's done it again, leaving readers not on a dramatic cliffhanger but a curious one. I'm dying to know what happens next, hopefully, the wait between this book and the next won't be too long.
Wow this second book was so good. It picks up right where we left off in the first book with another mate being introduced. In this book we actually get to learn more about him and see how he fits into the group. He is from a neighboring pac and was coming to show his support. He is a single father and his daughter and Graces daughter become friends quickly and enjoy spending time together. Meanwhile Grace is trying to adapt to her new status as the Lunar wolf is still trying to get settled in with her new mates (Ethan, Conrad, Griffin and Barrette) and now she has another one she is trying to navigate a relationship with. She is also still dealing with her ex and the rouge wolves trying to get to her and her daughter. She just has so much going on but she is just taking everything in stride and really settling into her new life. I was super excited to see we get a new new addition to the family with a new baby. I don’t want to spoil it too much but it’s just too adorable. By the end of the book though we are left with a huge cliffhanger that has me wondering what happened. I am going to be looking forward to the next book coming out to see what happened as well as learning more about the next mate that was introduced in the end. I’m very excited for the next book and can’t wait to see what happens. Oh and Ethan is still my favorite out of the group but I am really liking the addition of Nic. I’m wondering if he’ll be able to take the top spot in the next book.

I was very happy with the short recap of book one in the "Return To Wolf Creek" series at the start of this second book, because I have to admit my memory had some big holes in it regarding this story. It truly helped to dive right back into the storyline, and I had fun while reading this second book. There's a nice mix between spice, relationship building, plot development and action to keep the storyline entertaining.
I like the slow building harem in this series; every new mate adds something interesting to the family and the storyline and it's nice to watch the family grow. Some parts of the relationship building do feel a little bit rushed to me though. Not necessarily the connection between Grace and her new man, but more the relationship between Barrett and the new man. I'm not against relationships building through spice, but somehow the connection doesn't always feel equal to me compared to the one with Grace because of it, and it is something that matters to me in a poly romance. I guess it might just be a me-thing, but I miss some communication about the state of all the different relationships, and it takes away a bit of my reading pleasure.
That being said, I still think this was a nice addition to the series, and I'm still looking forward to find out what book three will bring for Grace and her family.
This book was extremely addictive and I loved the continuation of this series! The world building and the relationships keep getting better and better and I loved the little surprise!!! I loved her new mate we got to semi meet at the end of book 1. He's so dashing!!!! I hope there's even more information on the tpes of Luna wolves in the future because I'd love to learn more about the Darkness Wolf and the Ember Wolf that has Grace so on edge. And that ending with a bonus!!!!! Jaw dropping!!!! I'm curious how many mates she'll actually have but I'm loving all the details and all the world building and just everything!!!! I love how the pack are getting along with her even if there's drama and chaos and how she's so protective and is giving others a choice not just demanding what things should be done she's really turning into the best Luna for everyone! I love the relationship dynamics and how things are changing but for the better. I'm really loving Graces character growth in this book it really made me emotional. This whole book had me super emotional!!!! This book was supposed to be my comfort read lol that so didn't work out. I can't wait for the next book this was so good!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wouldn't even mind there being spinoff series about Ambrose and what happened with him, I would even beg for it lol.
Book 2 is finally here and I couldn’t wait to jump into it. At the start of the book the author gives you a little recap of what happens in the first book. So with that read I didn’t need to waste any time reading the first book again, as it jogged my memory of what happened. This book is no different from the first one it just dragged me straight back in and I just couldn’t put it down from the start to finish. So much happens in this book with grace and her guys. It all starts back at graces wedding day which is meant to be the happiest day of her life until the scent of another mate hits her. Grace runs from him when she catches it and her guys and the unknown male take off after her. It takes her new mate nearly dieing to finally admit to herself how she feels about him and seal the bond. The rogue attacks are becoming a little more frequent and bolder all in an attempt to get to Grace. Omg why!! I hate and love how this book ended. I hate it because dam what a place to stop I need more. I want to put 10x more details on about this book but I just don’t want to spoil it for anyone so want to find out how it turns out give it a read for yourselves I promise you will not be disappointed.
Embraced by the Alpha Pack by Serenity Rayne is book two in the Return to Wolf Creek Series. I will start off by saying you do have to read book one as this picks up after that… I did appreciate the synopsis included since it’s been a bit since I read the first one. This took me about a day to read it, I was interested to see the direction that the book would take. This was good story that had political intrigue, drama, action and of course spice. I’m still a fan of Grace, she just feels so realistic to me. The way she loves, protects and her back and forth-ness. Also her mates aren’t too shabby either… each having a different personality that just brings something to the table. (Yes, it’s a why-choose romance) There are points during the story where I felt the development between mates was a bit rushed; I didn’t feel like I got that emotional connection. But overall I felt the storyline was written well with a pretty steady plot. The worldbuilding/descriptions are one of my favorite aspects of the book. Also the book does end in a way that has me curious about book three. If you enjoy a paranormal shifter romance than these are the books for you.
Embraced by the Alpha Pack, the second book in the Return to Wolf Creek series by Serenity Rayne was so worth the wait!!! And if the delicious cliffhanger of an ending in the first one left you begging for more then you will definitely love this one! Except for maybe the tantalizing ending again ;)
Packed full of all things deliciously dark: primal hunting, biting, blood, fated mates, knotting, toms of sexy af alphas and tons of other goodness to keep the dark loving souls entranced this book is definitely a must read!!! Rayne never ceases to amazing me with her ability to masterfully plot and create such a detailed world with charismatic characters that just keep on going and this one was no exception! Just be sure to check those triggers as this one can be a doozy! However what I love best is even with all those dark triggering additions, this story is all about growth, healing and finding oneself and that alone makes this a definite must read for me! Cause if anyone deserves a hea it’s our girl Grace after fate keeps throwing twists and turns (and more mates lol) at her at every turn!
Embraced By The Alpha Pack is the second book in the Return to Wolf Creek Series. It is a why choose romance with a developing harem.
This is such an exciting, action packed, intriguing, steamy, fantastic read! I was hooked by the first book in the series and only became more enthralled after reading this one.
The major storyline continues and Grace is still in immense danger, and the danger only seems to grow as the story progresses. Her mates strive to keep her and their growing family safe, including mate number five, whom we get to know and love in this book.
I love Grace. Her personality, her mood swings, her love and devotion, and her protectiveness, all make me truly adore her. Her mates are all amazing as well. They are each different, but all are protective and loving.
The writing, flow, and pace of the story are perfection, as are the characters, storyline, storytelling, character development, relationship development, and world building! If you are looking for a great paranormal, shifter, fated mates story, then I would highly recommend this book and series! Pop
The character growth and development for the male MC's is exquisite. There are scenes and plot points that I would have liked lengthened so I could dive deeper into the story. I loved the peek into the back stories of some of the MC's. I'd like to see more relationship development between all of the MC's in the next book. I enjoyed the peek into the mind of the female MC.
As a working mom of multiple children, it's been a pleasure reading this book. I need to be able to stop in the middle of a paragraph to go do this or that or make dinner or go to work (boo, lol) without losing the storyline and jump right back in when I come back to the book, this series checks all of those boxes. If you're looking for a speed-read that's not super heavy, is very positive and optimistic in its outlook even with everything else going on, and is something that you can pop in and out of when needed, this is the series for you. If you want slow-medium burn, high character content, and drool-worthy mates that care about each other, this is the book for you.
Not only is Grace now a “made” shifter with four mates, but a 5th one pops up during her marriage ceremony to Ethan. She is unsure of what to make of Nicolai, but she agrees to take it slowly – especially since her first heat has started.
The rogues are still plaguing the packs and now that she is pregnant, she has a lot of responsibility as not only the Alpha Female to 2 packs but the Lunar Wolf which hasn’t been seen in hundreds of years. There is a lot of strike going on and not knowing who is actually helping the pack or working against them, but Grace and her guys are determined to fix this issue while keeping each other, the children and everyone else safe.
The ending was a bit of a surprise with another mysterious stranger showing up who is going to have a lot of meaning to grace her and mates, and a phone call that could mean that MORE danger is coming. Can’t wait to see what happens next!
Embraced by the Alpha Pack is the second book in the Return to Creek series. This is a shifter RH starring Grace, who escaped a scary ex, to protect her little girl. In the first book she discovers shifters and finds some of her mates, as her ex hunts her down.
This second book is where the action continues as she is still in danger. Her mates are determined to keep her safe. Oh...and to add a little spice, she discovers mate number five. It was interesting to see the harem grow and how they come together as a family. As well as Grace adjusting to the shifter world and their rules.
I don't want to spoil anything, but I can tell from that ending that we'll get to know a very interesting character in the next book. I'm sure he'll add a cool perspective to everything. I look forward to seeing where this series goes next.
Embraced by the Alpha Pack is the second in the Return to Wolf Creek series. Grace is settling in and starting to feel more secure, developing some self-confidence, and growing closer with her mates. The threat of her ex-husband and the rogue wolves still looms over them, but Grace is determined to protect her daughter & her new pack.
She marries one of her mates, only to be shocked on their wedding day by the scent of another mate - a man she does not know. Given everything she’s been through, and her understandable trust issues, a new mate is not something she is ready to entertain or consider. However, circumstances put the new man in danger, and Grace is forced to face her feelings instead of taking the familiar path of running away.
I really enjoyed the book and I love the world building and developing relationships & friendships. I’m very excited for book 3!
Just one question how am I meant to wait until september 2024....
Picking up where claimed left off...
Grace and her mates have new challenges to overcome and so much is uncertain... Add in a status change, the crazy rogue / ex and additional external influences the drama level is amped.
The pace is fast, the storyline dynamic, the descriptions so clear a vivid picture is created in my mind.
The relationships are steamy, interwoven, emotional and deep. Protection and possessiveness remain high priority but there are so many more things for this pack.
Plus the twists and turns just add serious pause and WTAF did that just happen / I didn't see that coming moments...
Dive into the enchanting next installment which is filled with action, drama, romance and more intrigue. Embraced just hits all the right spots...
This book was absolutely addictive! The world-building and relationships keep getting better, and the little surprise in this one was perfect. I loved Grace’s newest mate—so dashing! The Luna wolf types are fascinating, and I hope we learn more about the Darkness and Ember Wolves.
One of my favorite aspects of this book was how the pack dynamics evolved. Even with all the drama and chaos, Grace is proving to be the perfect Luna—not by force, but by giving others a choice. Her protectiveness, leadership, and emotional growth made this book hit so much harder. I was not expecting this to be such an emotional read, but wow, it really got me.
Fast-paced, action-packed, and steamy, this book delivers everything I love about paranormal shifter romance. The stakes are rising, the mates are incredible, and the ending was jaw-dropping. I can’t wait for the next one!
I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this amazing story "EMBRACED BY THE ALPHA PACK" pulls you in with lots of action, intrigue, suspense, danger, angst steam, twists that keeps you turning the pages. Grace is on heat she ends up mating with Nic finds her fifth mate, dealing with her crazy ex as well, so much happens the stress becomes to much for her, seeing her interact with all her mates is one hot beautiful rollercoaster ride. I definitely recommend to get this riviting action story the Rogue attacks are more frequent & bolder all to get to Grace, OMG!!! I can't wait for the next book after the way that ended it can't come soon enough to see what happens next. EXCEPTIONAL MUST HAVE READ 🖤 🖤 🖤 🖤 🖤
After Grace survived a near death experience at the hands of her ex, and Ethan turns Grace so that she will not bleed out and die. Grace is now a Lunar Moon wolf, which places her as lead over the pack. Grace is handling the change and working with her mates, Griffin, Ethan, Barrett, and Conrad, is a lot for Grace when she realizes that she has another mate and possible a six it shocks Grace and it makes it a little hard for her to deal with. As Grace is working with that she has to deal with the abduction of her daughter and the daughter of Nicolai, pulse rogue wolfs, along with the fact that her ex is still hiding out. An unexpected pregnancy, and trying to manage the joining of two packs. This story has more twists and turns that will keep you turning page after page.
The recap at the beginning of book 2 is a life saver for those who aren’t binge reading the series back to back - although I do feel like you would get more of an experience with a binge read. Although the notes at the front warn that the story is a slow/medium burn I didn’t feel a lack of heat at all. I love the intricacies between each relationship and how Grace continues to grow, maneuver, and work past her trauma. This book reads like a television series with the world being spun pulling you in and leaving you needing the next installment to see what happens to your favorite characters next. We get some surprises which keeps the intrigue and drama right up front, which I loved! Fans of CW/Freeform PNR shows will enjoy this.
Wow. Alot has happened in this installment in Grace's story.
With her ex still out there alive Grace is always protected by one or a few of her mates at one time. So what happens when SPOILER!!!! someone takes her babies? She goes on the revenge path. But, it's not her ex that takes them.
Turns out Grace is far more important and powerful that she ever thought she was. She doesn't want power, she just wants to be happy with her mates. But of course nothing is as easy as that.
SPOILER!!!! After everything that has happened.... Grace gets another mate 🙈 how will she cope with this one? She has alot to work through in this book with another mate as she thought 4 was enough but now she has another one.

Grace is a survivor through and through. She has a heart made to love and a personality that can turn on a dime. Her vicious streak peaks out a few times in this story.
After surviving a vicious ex that tried to turn her, birthing a wolf pup that typically kill their human mothers during birth, a savage beating that nearly killed her, and being transformed into a werewolf from your fated mates bite, Grace probably didn’t need to become a Moon Wolf to have power over her mates. I believe they would have fallen at her feet and worshiped her regardless. But since she is, and having 3 gorgeous triplets as mates, it only makes sense to throw another in the mix, right?
As expected this story has lots of twists and turns, some spicy scenes and a surprise at the end. Enjoy!
This is the second book in the series and picks up right where the first book left off, with Grace running from her new mate. I love the various emotions that she goes through, as she learns to navigate this new world as a wolf shifter and all that entails. Their family grows and develops organic bonds that help her take her place as Luna. However, the ever growing threat to her and her family is becoming a problem that must be handled urgently. I love each of the guys and their unique personalities. Each one brings something new to the table and seeing Grace step into her Luna role as she grows more and more protective of them is amazing. This books does end of another ciffhanger and I can't wait to see what she does next.
