This one seemed off to me. Part of it is that it does seem like Ella and Luca are true partners, Ella not sharing much, just blindly trudging through to get to the bottom things, not really giving Luca and say if things. The two of them sort of addressed this towards the end, I think the solution they picked is good. It will be interesting to see where things go from here, especially when it looks like there might be an old foe's of Ella's gunning for her.

Together with her boyfriend and partner Luca Hawkins, Ella must decipher who's behind a series of murders, linked by weird symbols.

With shades of The Da Vinci Code and lots of fast-paced action, you're sure to enjoy Blake Pierce's Girl, Unseen...but make sure all your doors and windows are locked first - and don't drink the 'CoolAid'!

Ella and Lucca seem to be running around their tails without accomplishing much. They have no leads and the ones that appear lead them nowhere but the corpses keep showing up in the strangest of ways. It also seems that their personal problems are getting tangled with the case which is no good. In spite of these comments, Girl, Unseen is an easy read, entertaining and fast-paced. I wonder what'll be the next story as this one ends with a big question mark!

I didn't think it was possible but this series is getting worse! The puns every other paragraph are just ridiculous! The story line is there but it just isn't developed enough.
