Indulging in a Dark Fantasy can lead to deep consequences in reality…
Hayden
It wasn’t my first time indulging in that particular fantasy. I was on a business trip and looking for something fun. I didn’t plan on going into heat while playing around, or to like the alpha I played with so much.
I also didn’t expect to end up pregnant.
And what I really didn’t expect was for that anonymous alpha I played with to end up being my boss at my new job…
Mace
Playing with a cute omega from out of town was supposed to be a test of the new security tech I’d been developing. It wasn’t supposed to end with me cutting ties with my old, crooked business partner and starting a whole new company in Barrington. It also wasn’t supposed to leave me wishing I’d gotten the real name and phone number of my omega playmate.
They say be careful what you wish for. Now, not only is Hayden back in my life with all his charm and feisty spirit, he’s carrying my baby. And I’m his boss.
And because of me, the cute omega I’m falling hard and fast for is in danger from my ex-business partner, who is out for revenge…
Omegas After Dark is an omevaverse mpreg story set in the same world as the lighter, fluffier Bangers & Mash series, but it deals with much more intense subject matter. Sink into the underworld of Barrington in all its super-hot glory, but don’t say you weren’t warned!
"I leaned heavily against my desk and rubbed my face with both hands. As if I didn’t have enough to deal with already. Despite everything Hayden had said about being independent, I had the intrinsic feeling that the biggest challenge and responsibility, and hopefully the biggest joy, of my life had just come thumping down on my shoulders."
His Captor is book two in the Omegas After Dark series by MM Farmer but can be read as a standalone. Despite the title, this isn't a dark romance and notwithstanding a short kidnapping, it's a quick and angst-less read.
I’m not quite sure what it is but I’m absolutely loving this series so far! Omegas after dark is the kink I am here for! This could be read as a standalone but I still recommend reading book 1 first to get a bit of background and just because I also loved it so much!
I loved both Mace and Hayden. Again this one starts off with lots of heavy sex scenes but I loved how these two even made me giggle during their sexy fantasy with the cringy scenario dialogue.
I really loved how this story and their relationship progressed. Had a great balance of sex, romance and action! They had a great HEA and I’m really excited to read book 3! Definitely recommend this series if you enjoy alpha/omega stories with some kinky fantasies!
His Captor had a strong start with Hayden and Mason fulfilling a dark fantasy together in quite a steamy way. The chemistry between the two was undeniable and I was having a great time. But, the second half the book left much to be desired. I feel their chemistry didn’t shine quite as much where it counted and everything felt so rushed. We also didn’t get to see their development on page 100% which was very much needed especially when it had been eight months since their last encounter. Even the conflict part lasted two seconds and didn’t feel much like conflict happening. However, the lead up for book three does seem intriguing so I will be checking in with that one when it releases.
OV Non-con/kidnapping fantasy with a tech genius who makes his own BDSM kit with a surprise heat?? Swoon!
I really loved Mason and Hayden but beyond the fun smut I enjoyed that this book employed a time jump so the next time these two meet Hayden is obviously pregnant. I feel like we often see the beginning and jump to the end of mpreg but here we get some of the middle and that was really fun. The drama with Colin was just the right amount of exciting and OMG the birth! I can’t wait for Simon’s book - this series has me hooked!
Hayden is attending a conference on the other side of the country & arranges for a play weekend with Ace. However he didn’t plan on going into heat or to like the alpha he played with so much. Ace was looking forward to the play weekend not only for the play but to test the new security tech he’d been developing. It wasn’t supposed to end with him cutting ties with his old, crooked business partner and starting a whole new company in Barrington. Then eight months later the couple meet again. The second book in the series & whilst it’s easily read on its own we did meet Hayden in the first book where he was Ari’s best friend & contact. I absolutely adored Hayden, but boy was he a handful! A very well written page turner, I found it hard to put down & read it straight through. I also loved Mace he had his hands full with Hayden but I don’t think he was complaining. Not as dark as the first book, a delicious mix of fun, laugh out loud moments, intrigue, danger & steam. Roll on book three for which there was a teaser at the end. I voluntarily read and reviewed a special copy of this book; all thoughts and opinions are my own
His Captor is the second book in the Omegas After Dark series. Each book can be read as a standalone but I feel they are best read in order so why not enjoy the whole series. This is Hayden an omega and Mace an alphas story. Hayden likes to indulge in the fantasy of being kidnapped and captured so he sets up a play weekend with Mace. Mace was just looking forward to the play weekend not expecting for anything to go off script. I love these two because we get to watch them grow and change. This book isn't as dark as the name implies but it was still a page turner. I love the world MM Farmer has created here. I can't wait for the next book in the series. I would definitely recommend this book and series.
Hayden & Mace are definitely swoon worthy. Hayden’s fantasy was to be kidnapped and accidentally goes into heat. Mace is just a tech guru who has never done a relationship with an omega from the app. 3 nights and a surprise pregnancy. If you are looking for something with action and rescue attempts then this is your book. Hayden is such a goof and I love his character personality.
His Captor is the second book in the ‘Omegas After Dark’ series. It stars Hayden, an omega, and Mace, Alpha, and security equipment developer. This is told in first person from Hayden and Mace’s povs.
First, the cover. I think that’s Mace on the cover. From the description in the book, I thought Mace was more muscular since most Alphas are big compared to omegas in this author’s books. I like the cover design, but I wouldn’t say it’s Mace necessarily.
The blurb does a good job of describing the plot so I won’t go over it much. Even though the book series is titled ‘Omegas After Dark,’ so far, the series hasn’t been dark. The dark seems to imply BDSM sex that’s a bit edgier. This book reminds me a lot like the Banger’s and Mash series, but with kinkier sex and slightly more serious conflict thrown in. There is trouble dealing with Mace’s company because of Mace’s business partner, which guides the plot in the story. It also sets up the conflict at the end. This is a fluffy and funny read, more than I expected. Most of the sex takes place in the first quarter of the book. Then Hayden has to deal with the fallout of getting pregnant. He’s fired from his job, which he didn’t like anyway, and then his parents kick him out to fend for himself, which I think was a horrid thing to do to their child who needs help during an unsettling time in their life.
The author did a great job with the characters. Both men had distinct personalities and voices that stayed consistent throughout the story. Mace at first was an Alpha that wanted to control Hayden’s life once he found Hayden was pregnant. He quickly learned that Hayden may not know what he wanted to do with his life, and wasn’t great at living on his own, but no one told Hayden what to do. And that helped Mace step back and not be so aggressive. He offered help and it was easier for Hayden to accept that help.
Hayden first shows up in book one as the friend of Ari. He’s snarky, upbeat, and can find the positive in a dire situation. Hayden loves anything dangerous, unexpected, and wild. That’s why he was into the kinky equipment Mace used on him during their time together. Since Hayden loves unexpected and crazy events, it serves him well during the big conflict near the end. One of parts I liked the most was the rescue and birth scene of Hayden’s and Mace’s baby. That totally fit Hayden’s crazy personality and his thirst for trying anything new. And, from what Hayden says in the book, the baby is an Alpha and seems like it will be a thrill seeker. Anyway, for me, the ending was great fun.
I don’t want to forget that the author included some brief descriptions about Alpha and omega history, male omega birthing compared to female omega birthing. I really liked this small extra info added to this world.
I enjoyed this book and the characters, and am looking forward to the next story dealing with Hayden’s brother Simon and his desire to be a sex-slave. I give His Captor, 5 Stars.
I received an ARC from the author and am giving my honest and unbiased opinion.
Ahhhhh! I needed this a few weeks ago, but now is better than never. Here's MM Farmer's "His Captor." Its the second novel in her Omegas After Dark series. It debuts on July 26, 2024.

This one wasn't quite as dark and scary as the first book, and MM is blaming Hayden (which, I mean, after the first book alone, I get it--he's a handful).
I love how fast they fell in love. It was all lust, lust, lust (and crazy ass kinks with scary as tech), but then the love and bond came out of almost nowhere and bunch them in the gut. Then the universe happened (life, apparently, happens), and they were separated (I almost cried. It wasn't all that emotional, but the bond didn't like it, and I almost cried).
Reunited, with Hayden pregnant as fuck, they eventually figured it out...with real threats of danger lurking around them.
Okay, but seriously?! Either MM needs to stop teasing the next book in this series, or I need to stop reading it? I KNEW Simon's story would be next (it was obvious), but the how and with who!??!?! Sign. Me. Up. NOW.
Trigger Warnings: threats, violence, kidnapping (and not the fun kind Hayden enjoys), gun use and more.
This is the second book in the Omegas After Dark series. While we met Hayden in book one, I believe this book could be enjoyed as a standalone. This is the story of Hayden and Mace. Hayden is a confident and outspoken omega. He feels deeply and he wants to have fun. When he is sent to the other side of the country for work, he adds in some fun for himself. He adds in a weekend with someone from the Dark Fantasies Club. Hayden is looking forward to being kidnapped by an alpha and spending his weekend with him. The two of them have an amazing weekend. They leave and go their separate ways. Mace is an alpha and future kidnapper. His day job is actually designing security systems. He and a college friend founded their current company. He and Colin are having difficulties and Mace decides to walk away from Horizon Tech and start anew. And if that just happens to be where Hayden is from, all the better. Eight months later when Hayden and Mace meet again, there is shock all around. Hayden is pregnant and Mace's new office manager. This is their story. I liked that Hayden and Mace formed a friendship before they started a relationship. They each felt the pull to the other during their play weekend but it just keeps growing. Of course, their path is not all smooth. There is the problem of the ex-partner who has little to no morals and refuses to go quietly into the night. The book is well written and easy to read. I really enjoyed it. I liked how Hayden and Mace brought the best out in each other. I look forward to the next book in this series.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This is the 2nd book in the series and oh man did the author do an amazing job yet again. This book kept me hooked and I needed to know what happened. I loved how the author made the MC's and how their story started and ended. You couldn't ask for a better book.
Hayden goes on the Dark Fantasy Web and requests his fantasy. He ends up meeting an alpha and boy did he meet a good one. He ends up starting his heat early and even though it wasn't planed they both decide to continue. Hayden ends up leaving to go back home however he can't see to stop thinking about the Alpha, Ace. He tried looking him up to send him a message but soon realized that he was no longer on there. He gets a surprise on his return trip and he can't even let the alpha know. When Hayden gets a new job, he doesn't expect to see the alpha that he left behind. When he realizes that his Alpha is his boss and he actually name is Mason, he is speechless. Needless to say, these two have a lot to discuss and overcome. They both grow together and come together to know that they can't be without each other. When real danger comes in, Mason will stop at nothing to get his omega back.
I love how these two are able to come back together. You feel all the emotions that they go through but you also learn about them too. Such a great story. I can't wait for the next book.
#I received an ARC through GRR and this is my honest review.
It’s easy to get hooked on these books with the delightful characters the author introduces to the reader. We meet omega Hayden right from the start where it becomes obvious he is heading for trouble (of his own making) as he plans what sort of fantasy he would engage in as he traveled to a business conference in Port Lucia. His personality seemed totally opposite the calm, shy one of his omega brother, Simon, who cringed at the knowledge of what he brother would be up to at that conference. He was well aware that Hayden would once again be hooking up with someone through the creepy, kinky Dark Fantasies Club he seemed constantly drawn to. It made blushing Simon shudder to even imagine it! But even the powerful alphas Hayden meets have been known to blush at Hayden’s comments. And his next partner, alpha Mason (“Mace”) will be no exception! However, this time, Hayden goes into heat and ends up unexpectedly pregnant! And that’s not the only surprise! He and his partner never exchanged names, so it looks like he will be going through this little roadbump by himself. Is he ready yet to take things seriously!
Although kink is not something I would normally read, this author is magical with her stories. Grab your copy and see how Hayden handles the difficulties that come his way. Somehow, you will somehow find yourself holding back a laugh!
It wasn’t Hayden's first time indulging in that particular fantasy. He was on a business trip and looking for something fun. I enjoyed this story with Mace's crazy ex-business partner who was a threat to everyone and Hayden's determination to be independent (even though he was reliant on his older brother for snacks). They both had very different personalities but I believe they fit well together. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content set in the omegaverse with mpreg.
4.5 stars Hayden is a sassy, feisty omega who unapologetically goes for what he wants, he likes working and exploring his kinky side. Mason is naturally a take charge guy, he is also the type to blush! They feel a connection instantly, but the deal was to play and move on. However, fate has other plans and they find themselves face to face. They decide to really get to know each other, solidifying their connection as they first become friends, then a couple who have fallen in love. Mason's past brings trouble to their door and he will do everything he can to protect Hayden. This book has a fun, exciting storyline with intrigue, danger, steamy sexy times, two MC's who really connect and compliment one another, great secondary characters, plenty of laughs, and a satisfying HEA. The ARC I read needed some proofreading as there were some typos and wrong or missing words - this did not detract from the story though, and will hopefully be resolved for the final copy. There was also one thing that I felt should have been mentioned - Hayden should have told Mason when he found out about the backdoor into his software - this seems like a fairly important detail. Overall, I really enjoyed this book and look forward to the next in the series.
I received an ARC from GRR, this is my honest opinion.
This was a fun, quick read, and despite the subject matter there wasn’t a huge amount of sex! We originally met Hayden in His Hunter and I remember him being a very fun character. This story gives more background and fills him out into someone quite interesting. I loved the fact that Hayden didn’t try to pretend he wasn’t aware of what happened, and once he knew that he was pregnant, he moved on with his life. I really enjoyed the back characters we got to meet during this story, as well as catching up with Ari and Samson.
The industrial espionage/threat was well written and interesting, especially with the introduction of a character near the end of the book. I must admit, I laughed when Hayden was proved correct about Colin – a more deserving fate I cannot imagine! I thought the ‘toys’ the Ace used during their torrid weekend were absolutely fascinating and can only imagine how they could be put to use in a wider community!
I’m glad that I read this one and can recommend if you are in the mood for some kinky spice and a little light threat to your story. I received an ARC from GRR.
HIS CAPTOR is the second book in the Omegas After Dark series and focuses on Hayden, who we met in Ari and Samson's book. It's time for him to play once again and he sets up a kidnapping fantasy. The person he's playing with is Ace, aka Mason.
I love how this story was similar but different to the first one. Hayden knows what he wants and has no compunction about going for it. Mason is a strong alpha, dealing with a lot, but still has time to blush when Hayden makes his comments. These two were perfect together and I adored Hayden's attitude when he found out about the pregnancy. I could fully understand Mace's attitude although it didn't really help in the long run.
The industrial backstabbing and games made this book incredibly interesting to read and I really want to know more about Simon and Victor. I also enjoyed catching up with Ari and Samson and hope they show up in future books too. Fast-paced and full of humour, this is a great addition to the series and definitely recommended by me.

Merissa Archaeolibrarian - I Dig Good Books! Jul 20, 2024
4.5 stars The basic storyline of the book is pretty well covered in that short blurb, everything else is filler or a spoiler. When Hayden/Billy meets Mace/Ace on his kidnap fantasy, everything is perfect, except for the unexpectedly going into heat part. After an exciting and memorable encounter, it’s back to the real world for both, except for Hayden’s new reality. Both cope with the events in their lives, thinking of and missing each other, until unexpectedly meeting again, which comes with its own new set of challenges, leading to the expected HEA. There was a twist or two I didn’t see coming, but the events were logical ones that would be expected in their situation.
Both characters and their reactions were realistic and relatable, the chemistry between them was hot, and Mace’s reaction to impending fatherhood was sweet, and predictable for him, as was Hayden’s reaction. Both characters were pretty level-headed, which served them well when needed.
I really enjoyed the Bangers and Mash series, and this new series is looking to be just as good, just a bit darker. I look forward to seeing the next installment for Simon, who is finally getting his kink on.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I have been looking forward to Hayden’s story since reading Ari’s and Samson’s story in His Hunter. Hayden’s personality was just as captivating as it was in book 1. Hayden is so unapologetically himself and rarely has a filter. I also really enjoyed, Mason’s character. He is all protective and all alpha, but yet blushes easily. He also respects that Hayden is an independent omega and doesn’t need Mason to take care of him, but he still wants to. I found their relationship to have more of an equal partnership which I loved, instead of the stereotypical alpha taking charge and the omega being submissive.
Although I did really enjoy the book, I will say that this one doesn’t have the dark themes like book 1. I also found book 1 to be a lot more spicy. I found that the spicy scenes when Hayden goes into heat were too heavily focused on Mason’s tech equipment/toys he was using on Hayden.
I am really looking forward to Simon’s story next! A sweet and shy omega who is looking to be an alpha’s sex slave for a week – sign me up!
[I received an ARC of this book from Gay Romance Reviews, and this is my honest review.]
Hayden plans a getaway weekend with Ace while he's at a conference across the nation. He hadn't anticipated going into heat or developing strong feelings for the alpha with whom he played. On top of being excited about the play itself, Ace couldn't wait for play weekend to put his newly developed security tech to the test. He hadn't planned on severing relations with his corrupt former business partner and launching a brand-new venture in Barrington as the ending. Eight months later, they cross paths once more. It stands alone as a great read, but we met Hayden in the first book when he was Ari's best friend and contact. Now we meet him again in this second installment of the series. Hayden was the cutest, but he was so annoying! Highly engaging and difficult to put down, I read it cover to cover. Even though he was probably busy with Hayden, I didn't hear Mace grumbling. In contrast to the first novel, this one is lighthearted and full of hilarious moments, suspense, danger, and steam. Continue reading the third book, about which a sneak peek was provided at the end.I received a copy of this book from Gay Romance Reviews, and this is my honest review.
MM Farmer’s new series, Omegas After Dark, is off to a great start. Book one was amazing, and book two rose up to meet the challenge.
As an avid romance reader, it is usual to see where the author is going with the stories just after a few pages. Tropes are somewhat easy to identify and, honestly, a lot of books follow the same recipe. So, as I began reading, I thought I knew what the plot line would be, but then when I was around 20% of the book, that ship came and sailed, and it was not it. Then I had another thought of how it’d play out, but that was not it either. Basically, the book kept surprising me; the story was not at all the obvious plot line I imagined, and that alone made it great.
The book is well-written, as all of Farmer’s books are. The characters are well-developed, consistent, lovable, and relatable. The story is interesting, engaging, fun, and well-constructed. It was clear to me that there was special care to make sure all angles were covered, that the story and its solution made sense, the characters made sense, and nothing made you roll your eyes at the author. If you like your romance with a spice of suspense, don’t miss this one.
I loved this book. I loved the first in this series and was excited for the sequel. I was not disappointed. I loved both Hayden and Mace and how well they connected during their scene in the beginning. Their chemistry was hot, and after the heat became apparent, talked things through. The hot and heavy fun was a good third of the book. I liked that it wasn't rushed through.
Of course Hayden becomes pregnant. Of course Mace ends up being his new boss. So in my opinion it worked out perfectly, since both didn't want things to end between them. I really liked the actions Mace took- business-wise, and how it put him in the perfect spot later- eight months later to be exact. I liked how they met again. Hayden's personality was fun, and most of his conversations with his brother, Simon made me laugh. But he was quick to let Mace know he wouldn't take charity or his help due to a sense of obligation. He'd been hurt by others and was determined to be independent.
The threat from Mace's ex-business partner and a possible mafia-owned company kept me hooked even more.
I'm looking forward to Simon's story in His Master. 5 stars
MM Farmer really knows how to spice up their omegaverse! I loved the first book in this series, His Hunter, and I absolutely loved Hayden & Mason's story here in His Captor. It was delightfully sinful, and spicy. The MCs' chemistry was immediately electric and it was fun to see how quickly they each became absorbed in one another rather than trying to continue the scene that brought them together.
I love that the author includes an element of suspense to these stories. They're not necessary to make the story awesome, but they add another piece to hold your attention and give you something to hold your attention and invest more into the characters.
His Captor has the aforementioned intensity, but the bulk of it is added to the plot much later in the story than what we experienced in His Hunter. I appreciated the chance to spend real time with the MCs getting to know one another after their circumstances changed and they had the opportunity to spend much more time together.
If you enjoy a good omegaverse story, with mpreg, you'll definitely enjoy His Captor. You don't need to have read His Hunter to enjoy this one, but it does give you a better introduction to the series and its other characters.
I received an advance copy of this book and am volunteering my honest review.
Firstly, let me say I’ve got this book from gay romance reviews and this is me leaving my honest reviews. I have read many books by MM Pharma and I’ve got to say I really enjoyed this book. This is a new series. Sadly I missed the first book but I will be going back and reading that at sometime. So we may Hayden who I have got to say I thoroughly enjoyed I like his outlook on life and trying to have safe fun using a dark kink website to find an alpha who could make his dark fantasies come true. I like Simon as well. His brother is so uptight because of their parents. Then we meet Mason who is in business with he’s friend from college, but Mason doesn’t want to sell his security items to the wrong people so him and his business partner are at loggerheads. So he is happy when he gets a request for a kidnap scene off of the dark King site. But this weekend would change everything. I really enjoyed this book and couldn’t put it down. Hayden. And Mace are just perfect for one another. I’m really looking forward to the next book in the series.
I loved this book! It’s the first I’ve read by MM but it certainly won’t be the last! Shenanigans are afoot in this tale of Hayden and Mason and it’s an absolute blast! They meet through an app where the members get to have their fantasies fulfilled. A fantasy filled weekend for the two will end a little differently then they imagined and they will end up going their separate ways. But an issue in Mason’s business will send him back to Hayden when he moves his new business east. The two will meet again and reconnect but this time there is danger involved. Someone from Mason’s recent past is causing trouble and it will find it’s way to Hayden. Hayden is a bit of a wonderful mess and I love how his character is the whole way through the story, he’s a hoot! Mason is the strong alpha Hayden needs and I love how they get their happily ever after.
I read an ARC copy of this book and am volunteering my honest review.
Wow...this kinky book kept me entertained from the start. I really love bold and independent omegas and Hayden was it and more...no filter and have no regrets on his wants and needs. Him hooking up with Mason on that Dark Fantasies Club app was real hot and kinky...Now I will say Hayden's kidnapping/play scene was not as intense as his best bud Ari in the last book but it was entertaining nevertheless. When they parted ways and eventually fate brought them back together again is one of the reasons why I love romances...their chemistry was on point...their banter was sweet and funny...really due to Hayden's sassiness made this a fun read. Now the craziness with Mason's ex partner put a little edge and excitement to the story but nothing too dark. We gets a lovely HEA with the couple. I really can't wait to read more in this series...I'm hooked on the kink...LOL!
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
I wasn’t sure what to expect because this was my first MM Farmer book, but I did find it entertaining. I wouldn’t go so far as to say that this is a dark romance, there was one kidnapping scene, in addition to the kidnapping role-play, but it was resolved fairly quickly without a lot of angst or suspense. But this is one of those books that doesn’t take itself too seriously and is meant to be enjoyed for what it is.
I thought that the main villain and his motivations didn’t make a lot of sense, and I would have liked to have seen it go a little bit darker or maybe have some twist as to his reasons for doing what he did.
Everything that the author promised in the description was delivered upon. I was surprised at the amount of spice besides the first part of the book being there role-play weekend, there was only one additional sex scene.
Overall, I would give this 3/5 stars.
I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
We met Hayden, bff to Ari in book one, when he was second to Ari, who set up a date in the Dark Fantasies Club app. In the brief time we got to know him, he was outrageous, funny and fiercely protective of his best friend. In this one, Hayden - aka Billy - arranged a date in a far off place where he's gone to a work conference for the week. His date, Ace, is up for the kidnap fantasy and as a security specialist, figures he can test some products. The two hit it off immediately but things go awry when Hayden goes into heat unexpectedly. This was so much fun. Hayden is infectious with his sense of humour and his cheek. He's also very sweet and hides some vulnerability. When more surprises come in store, he deals with it head on. He's a force of nature. Simon his brother is a great character and two of the female characters; Rachel and Det Shirley are terrific. It's fun, spicy and has lots of action in it.
One of my favorite tropes is the Omegaverse and MM never disappoints. This darker spin is just as yummy. Hayden wasn't your typical Omega. He didn't just want to find a husband and settle down. He wanted an adventure, something a little more 'off the books'. Wanting more, he set out as Billy to indulge his fantasies... enter Ace aka Mason, an Alpha looking to do the same, never realizing their steamy days together would lead to anything more. Their attraction to each other was off the charts, but was it a natural thing or just because Hayden goes into an early heat at the same time? Both left wanting more, they let life get in the way. Mason having to deal with a scrupulous business partner, doesn't deter him from wanting to seek out 'Billy', it just delays him. Hayden yearns for 'Ace', but let's pride and a an unexpected pregnancy stand in the way. Thankfully, the fates step in and they find their way back together, not letting Mason's former business partner, get in the way.
Fantastic! Hayden, is an omega who liked dark fantasies. While on a business trip, he scheduled one he thought would give him great pleasure and fit in with all the others. Kidnapping fantasies are Hayden's favorites. Mace, is in a business partnership with an old college partner whom he no longer trusts with the business. He enjoys playing with omegas to test out his inventions. Hayden and Mace had their meet, but it led to so much that changed their lives. The scenarios, the intrigues the fantasies, the consequences, the emotions, the trust everything keeps you on your toes and actively involved hoping for the best and absolutely in love with Hayden and Mace. Great family and friend support. Excellent story, totally hot cover art, great flow, fantastic characters and intrigue that makes you want it to continue, stop, continue and end. Well done! I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Fun read, but the strangest thing. I found numerous small errors, but my notes and highlights didn't show up along with my review. When I went back to check the highlights, most of the errors I saw were fixed?. Amazon has apparently glitched out for this book. Wouldn't let me add a rating, didn't mark the book as read on Goodreads, and didn't add my notes and highlights. So odd, and I hope this isn't going to be yet another issue with Amazon and Goodreads. Amazon has already stopped adding my books to Goodreads when I begin a new one. Anyway, I have to say that the plot got a more than a wee bit unbelievable (never mind the whole Omegaverse thing, which strains my credulity already). However, once it got past the whole business with Colin, (Mr. Gregory if he's nasty), I got over my irritation and mostly enjoyed the rest. Not as good as the first book in her Omegas after Dark series, though.
